People knowing me since so many years;
Have never stepped up to wipe away my tears.
They've been around me, but have never thought to;
Connect and understand me, the way I want to.
But things have changed since I came across you all;
I got to know there are people, out to whom I can call.
I never knew there existed a world as amazing;
With such affection hidden behind the cruelty blazing.
There was a day, when I just craved to utter a word;
And there's this day, when without the burden, I feel like a free bird.
With no existence of unsaid words, no more do I shrink to myself;
No secrets hidden from the world, do I need to stack up on the shelf.
It's because of you all that I feel I do have people who care;
No matter what the situation is, to hurt y'all, I'd never dare.
The love and heed which you give me, can be matched by no one else;
A syllable against y'all, I won't believe, even if it's God who tells.
My wildest dreams didn't hint me about meeting a family like this;
Who've become the best part of my life, giving nothing but true bliss.
The most wonderful fact being that in real life, we've never met;
But despite such distances, so beautifully along do we get;
I don't care now what others say, about us being so close together;
All that matters is our relation, which I believe, will bloom forever.
