Teddy slowly moved to look at Andrew, still looking at the floor. Andrew knew what was about to happen and ran towards her as she slowly fell to her knees. "Shh princess." He moved any hair that had again fallen from her loose ponytail. "You'll be okay. We'll be okay." He rocked her into a more comfortable position where he pulled her onto him so she was half sat on him and half on the floor. Teddy's tears added to the wetness Andrew's clothes so she apologised but that wasn't Andrew's concern right at that moment; she was. "We should get you out of those wet clothes." Even through her tears she was concerned about him, "The same goes to you." Andrew said looking over her causing her to look down to see the dampness of her own clothes. "I've got some spare clothes in the office." She tried to get up but Andrew's hold got tighter, he kissed her forehead as he lifted her up as he climbed off the floor.

Andrew had left the room to change and as he walked back in he saw Teddy pulling her shirt down, admiring her as she did, she was a piece of art; his piece of art. He coughed softly to make his presence known. She turned around and he noticed how her makeup had run down her face and reached for the cloth that was lain on her office draws, he walked into the bathroom to dampen it before carefully wiping her sad tear stained face, as he did he kissed her nose which instantly made her smile, a smile that only just reached her eyes. "You know that this, us, isn't fake anymore. You don't need to hide from me anymore, I'm in this for the long game." She looked in his eyes to see if that was the truth and she couldn't find any trace of a lie. "Why? Why me?" he looked at her in utter disbelief, of course she didn't see it, "Because, you're beautiful." She forced herself to look away from the wondrous man she had come to know, no longer the dickhead she thought he was but someone she truly cared for. "I don't want to be alone." He softly lifted her to look her in the eyes, "You weren't alone, especially not anymore."

Teddy and Andrew had laid on the sofa in her office, him stroking her hair, spooning, pulling her closer and holding her tighter making sure she never leaves. He whispered sweet nothings into her ear, knowing she had fallen asleep long ago he just wanted her to know what she meant to him, things that he could never say to her face or even to her whilst she was awake in fear of rejection. She may have voiced some of her fears but he felt as if he couldn't because she needed her time to be weak before they got married. Their wedding was soon, sooner than they'd both like to admit, they weren't ready but they would have to pretend to be for the upcoming time before their nuptials. They would be announced as a pair planning to wed tomorrow and it most certainly wasn't something they both wanted to do. "Teddy baby," he was still stroking her hair "we need to get going home." She groaned in protest, she snuggled closer to him, "I don't want to go." He couldn't help but stared down lovingly at his love "I know sweetheart but we need to, we have to prepare for the announcement of the identity of the future King and his Queen." She giggled at his sarcastic outcome from the words, he kissed the back of her head and smiled at her dorkiness, "Come on, let's get you up." And then climbs out from behind her to pull her up whilst she still has the constant giggles, this was a side of her Andrew didn't know but could get used to. As he pulled her up he said "What's got you so giggly missy?" She was still half asleep and lazily smiled before replying "You, silly." She smiled back at her sleepiness "Why am I so funny baby?" she cuddled into him and said "Because your face is funny." He couldn't believe she said that with a huge smile.

They were cuddled up on the sofa at her house just being calm loving the feel of being in each other's arms, well they were until they heard a knock at the front door, "I'll get it." Andrew said instantly letting go of Teddy leaving her to fall face first into the sofa with an 'oomph'. Andrew laughed softly at the fact, whilst opening the door without looking who was there. "Son." At the deep monotone voice Andrew turned to see his father's tall figure at the door, the laughter stopped and Teddy finally moved her face from the sofa to look towards the man she'd known well as a child; "I'm here about tomorrow." Over the past few months since he first found out that Teddy was back in town he had slow become softer around everyone but his wife. Their disastrous marriage was causing more problems for him than he'd dare to admit, he would never be the cheating husband, especially as it would cause damage to his kingdom if he ever even considered it, he didn't care much about his marriage anymore. "How have you been Joe?" Teddy noticed his tired eyes and sunken posture, they may not have ever gotten on great but they'd be family soon enough, more so than they ever had been before, and she was starting to worry. Andrew had forced Teddy to touch upon feelings that she hadn't felt in a while, unless it was about Mason of course. Joseph was shocked by the concern in her voice and was appreciative of it. "Did you want to come in?" she softly smiled at him and Andrew was confused by her actions but let her be, she was constantly confusing him. Joseph walked in when Andrew moved to the side to let him in. Andrew shook his head and whispered to himself, "For such a dangerous woman she damn sure is becoming a teddy." She was walking towards him and she replied, "Well that is my name fuckhead."
