I just stare at the photo of my baby and the girl I'm in love with and I pick the glass up that is full of vodka and pull it to my lips. "Demi don't".
I look at Hayley and instantly put the glass down and pull her to me and just kiss her face of but then I remember Gigi, so I stop and pull away and Hayley is just looking at me. 
"What's wrong Demi, you don't want me".
"It's not that Hayley I just can't get Gigi out of my head and what you to did together".
Hayley just looks down to the floor so I place my hand on hers and rub her hand, "Hayley it won't be forever just give me time, I love you and I'm not willing to give you up". 
Hayley just smiles at me.
"I'm not ready to give you up but you can't drink anymore Demi it ruins you".
"I know babe I won't, but I don't no what I'm going to do".
"Wilmer has to give her back he is crazy to think a court would rule against the mother".
"Hayley be real I have just got out of rehab, the never going to give her back to me and he won't even let me see her".
"Demi I will sort this out".
I just smile at Hayley because I no this whole
Situation is only going to end in tears and most likely mine.
                          
I receive a letter the following week from the courts and the court date, I have tried to get in contact with Wilmer loads of times but he won't answer me it's a fucking joke. 
"Demi when is the court date??"
"The 25th, so in 4 days".
"4 days and you will get your baby back, you have to".
I just look at Demi and her face has no hope left in it and it breaks my heart. 
"Baby it's going to be okay I promise".
"Yeah, I'm going to lay down for a little be I'm not feeling to well, "okay sweetheart I'm going to shops, so will be back soon love you".

I head out the house and into my car, I'm not heading to the shops I'm going to Wilmer's, I arrive at his apartment and run up the door and start knocking. 
Wilmer opens the door and just stares at me, "what the hell do you want Hayley??"
"What you to give Demi her baby back, "our baby,"really Wilmer you didn't give a shit until
there was a chance to fuck Demi over though."
"That's not the case at all Hayley,"yeah it fucking is Wilmer, she has been through enough shit, yet you want to cause her more by taken her daughter away from her, this will break her and I don't think there is any coming back she will end it all, so I hope your prepared in years to come to tell your daughter why her mother is in the fucking ground!!"
"Hayley..."
"Don't Wilmer I don't want to her anymore of your shit that Mia would be better off without Demi, because it's lies and you no it, don't break her heart again like you did once and I know you still love her deep down".
I turn around and walk away with Wilmer just looking at me. I get in the car and take a deep breathe, when I here my phone ping, it's from Demi. 'Hey babe, were are you get back here soon'. 'On my way now babe'.
                          
The fact that Hayley has just came to my door has really made me think, maybe Hayley is right maybe Demi does deserve another chance.....
