"Hello," Joshua said as he held put down his guitar and held a red rose in his right hand as he walked towards me.

"It's been you all this while," I said with a gentle smile forming as I try to catch my breath.

"I'm cliché, am I? Giving you flowers and showing to you my identity this way," Joshua said.

I nod my head and said: "Well, I like cliché."

"I know, your brother told me," Joshua said with a faint laugh.

"So, my brother's been helping you all this time," I said in disbelief.

"Yeah, he kind of helped a bit with the whole thing," Joshua said and I just nod in reply.

There was then a silence between us - with neither of us wanting to speak.

But, I wanted to kill the silence. "So, why do you want to meet me here?" I asked and showed him the red tulip.

Joshua smiled at the sight that I was holding the flower and he gave the red rose that he's been holding. "I love you," Joshua said.

I smiled widely and took the flower from him. "I love you too," I replied and kissed his cheek softly.

"I thought you liked someone else," I said feeling a little bit confused.

"I didn't tell you who it was, I just said that I liked someone," Joshua replied.

"So, that person, you liked...it was me?"

"Yeah," Joshua replied while rubbing his neck with blushing cheeks.

"Well, I'm happy that it was me," I confessed and kissed him again.

"Well, I'm happy that it was me," I confessed and kissed him again
