4. The Afternoon Run

                                    

                                          
Liam's P.O.V
                          
My eyes fluttered open and I saw my surroundings. The room was a mess, of course I'm always the one to tidy things up here, but I shall no more. The boys are on their own this time and when I mean the boys I mean Niall, Louis, and Zayn. They are really lazy and forgetful about cleaning their things after themselves, especially the Doncaster boy for a Twenty-one year old you think they'd clean or mature, well not that one.
                          
My stomach growled and thats when I know I have to eat first before I put my things in one place, but we are only going to be here for two days than we are off to some other part of this state, so it wouldn't or shouldn't really matter right now. 
                          
I had my gray sweatpants on with my white T-shirt that I wore this morning. I looked outside to check the weather and it was really sunny. I slipped on my white converses that had red line around the side of the shoe, to top it off I brought my favorite black sunglasses and my red snapback. I checked the mirror and I looked decent.
                          
I went out the door with Paul right behind me, just in case a crowd of girls crowd me again like last time, it wasn't really pretty. 
                          
"Morning Paul.' I greeted him.
                          
"Afternoon Mr. Payne." He chuckled.
                          
"Noon already, what time is it?" 
                          
"Two, sir."
                          
"Wow, I could have slept more longer. Whats our schedule?"
                          
"Well today will be at Sunrise about seven O'clock at the BB&T Center . Tomorrow we will head to Mami in the American Airlines Arena at eight, and the day after that we will be heading to an interview. I haven't been inform yet on where the interview will be at, but I'll tell you as soon as I can get the information."
                          
"Well we have about four hours, I must tell the boys & girls about it for the sound check." I said panicking.
                          
"Don't worry Mr. Payne our staff will take care of it."
                          
"That's great." I said relieved. "Let's go I'm straving."
                          
Paul was at my side the whole time as I went outside to look for the nearest diner I can find. Lester's Diner was the first food place I spotted, it looks a bit empty inside, I hope by the time I'm in there I can enjoy my food without a fan screaming at my face. I love our fans, but I wish they can keep their voices down a bit, so I wouldn't have to go for a check up on my ears every week.
                          
I entered Lester's Diner and found nothing but old people eating and watching a sports channel. I don't think they'll have any idea of who I am.
                          
As I sat down at a table, I spotted Leigh-Anne, I think that is her, wait... yeah its her, she's drinking a milkshake while she's on her phone. No one seemed to mind her. Paul looked what I was looking at and went over to Leigh.
                          
I heard them talking, but i couldn't hear clearly.
                          
I sat down and waited for a waiter ot waitress to come assist me on my meal or drink. Leigh- Anne sat infront of me, while Paul sat on the counter ordering something for himself watching both of us too. 
                          
"Hey." Leigh-Anne smiled at me.
                          
"Hey, what were you doing here all by yourself?" I asked her.
                          
"Oh yeah, I was hungry. Perrie, Zayn, & Jade were asleeping and Jesy & Niall were no where to be seen so I figured since we are hardly known here in America, I'd go alone with no trouble at all."
                          
"Oh-wait what?"
                          
"Huh?"
                          
"Niall and Jesy where are they?"
                          
"I don't know, getting some probably somewhere." She laughed.
                          
I laughed. "I see what you did there. I hope their fine though."
                          
"Yeah Jesy is a big girl she can handle herself."
                          
I smiled, well this is awkward. After it couldn't get more awkward a waitress comes into the rescue.
                          
"Hey sorry for the waiting." She smiled warmly at me. She looked around eighteen.
                          
"That's fine." I smiled.
                          
"Well what would you like to drink."
                          
"A Pepsi please."
                          
"Sure, oh and sorry again here's your um... menu." She said handing me it.
                          
"Thats alright new at this job..." I looked at her name tag. "Bo?"
                          
"Yeah weird name and yeah this is my first day and I am not doing so well." She laughed uneasy.
                          
"No I like that name." I smiled.
                          
"Thanks, I'll be right back with your drink."
                          
"Well she seemed a little nervous around you." Leigh laughed.
                          
"Yeah. She' just new thats all."
                          
"Oh please."
                          
"Excuse me."
                          
"You heard me."
                          
"Um.."
                          
"You are the teen heart throb Liam Payne from One Direction, who wouldn't be nervous around you? Well, besides me cos I know you already."
                          
"No, if she really knew me he would of called me by my real name."
                          

                          
Leigh-Anne's P.O.V
                          
"Okay whatever." I replied. Really? he's part of the biggest boy band on earth, of course girls would get starstuck by him. I'll probably get starstuck on Will Smith if I ever met him. 
                          
"You don't have to be so rude about her acting that way."
                          
"I'm not, I'm just stating the obvious-" I was cut off by the waitress.
                          
"Here's your drink. What would you like to order?" 
                          
"Can I get a turkey sandwich with a side of fries instead of mash potato?"
                          
"Yeah sure, what kind of gravy do you want on your sandwich? Chicken or beef?"
                          
"Chicken gravy, would be fine thank you."
                          
"Is that all?"
                          
"Leigh-Anne you want anyhthing?"
                          
"No I'm good thanks for asking." I gave a fake smile to the waitress.
                          
"Okay." She smiled back. "That will be up less than ten minutes." She said taking the menu.
                          
"So Leigh-Anne do you know the time of the concert right?" He asked me.
                          
"Yeah, I'm always one step ahead."
                          
"Good then."
                          
"Yes it is."
                          
It was getting kind of awkward so I decided to hit up Twitter or any of my text i recieve from my mum back home.
                          
Jesy's P.O.V
                          

As Niall & i headed back to the hotel. There was a crowd of girls and a few boys, holding One Direction and Little Mixs signs.
                          
Niall and I were standing there frightened.
                          
"LOOK ITS NIALL AND JESY! OH MY GOOOOOOOD!" A girl screamed.
                          
"Oh god..." I said.
                          
Everyone turned around and started heading towards us.
                          
Niall dropped his food onto the floor and grabbed my hand.
                          
We made a run for it.
