"Baekhyun wake up"
                          
"Baekhyun"
                          
"Taeyeon is here"
                          
Baekhyun's eyes open wide, he couldn't believe if what he's hearing is right. "T-Taeyeon is here?" He mumbles, his mom nodded. "She's waiting downstairs. Is it your monthsary? She has a huge box with her" she then smiled widely at her son who looks like a mess.
                          
He lightly frowns, "no.. And what box?"
                          
When Baekhyun went down the stairs, he was surprised to see Taeyeon wearing a light pink dress with a huge box beside her. She is smiling widely, a reaction Baekhyun never expected to see, not today, not after the arguement last night because she would only have that face when they made up.
                          
Baekhyun smiles, he shouldn't think negatively, this is a good sign at least everything is now okay. He is about to hug her when she paused and looked at his mom who is on her way out. "I'll see you kids in a while" Mrs Byun says and left with a smile plastered on her face
                          
Baekhyun turns to Taeyeon, "she's gone now.." he opens his arms, ready to hug her when her perfect smile faded. He was surprised and let his hands down while he watched her push the box to him. "These are the gifts you gave me" she said with a cold tone.
                          
"W-why are you returning it to me?" He knew why, the sign is obvious but Baekhyun wanted to hear it from her. He wants to make sure that what she's doing is real, that he is still clinging on that one inch of hope that she is not breaking up with him.
                          
But she is.. In the most inappropriate time and place.
                          
"Baekhyun. We're over. I'm sick of your attitude, tired of our routine. I'm tired of you. Let's break up." She looked at him as if she never loved him at all.
                          
"Is.. There someone new?" Its the only thing he could ask because if there is someone new then he would understand, or something he could justify to himself.
                          
She sighs, she knows Baekhyun. He'll be a mess after this and he has a test in 4 hours. She looked at him, "I'm sorry. It was unexpected, he was awesome, he can give me things you never gave me"
                          
Baekhyun gulps, it's too much. He's slowly breaking, he can't breathe properly, his tears have been falling, his body is getting weaker. He wanted her to stop speaking, he wanted to hug her tight, kiss her, ask her not to leave, not to do this but he can't. He lost his words, he can't even open his mouth.
                          
He can feel his world falling apart.
                          
Taeyeon sighs, "good bye Baekhyun" she watched him, waiting for a reaction other than his tears. Maybe some words, his one last good bye, but Baekhyun never spoke or never moved. She sighs and slowly walked away.
                          
Baekhyun watched as she walked away. He watched the person he loves, his one true love, walk out of his life. The moment the door closes, he knew it was over. She is never coming back, she is gone, with her new love, she's going to create better memories with him. She's going to live the next chapters of her life with him and Baekhyun will never be a part of that, because she left him.
                          
Taeyeon gave up on him, she can't handle him anymore. All the plans Baekhyun made for them, the future house, the future kids, the future career, is slowly vanishing and it will never come true, because Taeyeon is gone.
                          
And he didn't do anything about it. He let his one true love go away.
                          
Baekhyun slowly sat down. The pain was too much, his breathing is still not normal. The tears kept on flowing, his body is shaking. It was too much, he just wanted to disapear. He wanted to die, he wanted to close is eyes and live in the darkness. He wanted to escape this harsh reality, wake up from this nightmare, realize that he should make things right when he wakes up. He wants to tell himself that this test is over and Taeyeon will be back in his arms, laughing and kissing him. He wanted to feel her warmth, hear her soothing voice, laugh at her jokes. All Baekhyun wanted was to be with her, until he dies.
                          
He wanted to run after her, no he wanted to shout and kill someone. He wanted to tell her how much he loves her, he regrets being with her. He wants to fix everything, he wants to kill her. He wants to die, he wants to get drunk. He wants to believe that she will come back, but he knew she won't. Taeyeon will never break up with him and come back, Baekhyun was like that.
                          
But never did he imagine that she'll leave him. Sure they get into arguements but she never gave up on him, until now.
                          
Baekhyun shook his head, everything is over. 7 years of their relationship is now gone..
                          
Baekhyun didn't know how long it was since he stared into space until he heard a loud knock. "Byun Baekhyun! Open up!!"
                          
He looked up and saw Kai, looking so worried and in a rush. Baekhyun sighs, slowly walked to the door and opened it. "What the hell man! I've been calling you. Why are you not in your uniform? Get dressed! We have a huge test today remember.??" Kai walked and sat by the sofa as if it's his home.
                          
"Right.. Uh. Give me 10 minutes.." Baekhyun says, he is about to get upstairs when Kai spoke. "Hey, don't do anything stupid okay?" Baekhyun just looked at him and continued walking.
                          
Kai checked his watch, 1 hour before class. He was surprised that Taeyeon called and told him everything. He knows Baekhyun's tendencies especially when it's something related to Taeyeon. Taeyeon was his world, the love of his life, well basically his life.
                          
Who knows what Baekhyun will do now that Taeyeon is no longer on his side. Kai firmly believes that Baekhyun works hard because of Taeyeon and now that she is gone, he doesn't know what will happen to his friend, though he knows that Baekhyun is a very hard working guy, a person who sticks to his dreams, still this change can make a huge impact on him.
                          
30 minutes before class starts, Baekhyun comes back down, looking like a zombie. Kai immediately stood up, helped his friend fix his uniform and grabbed his bag. "Come on, we'll be late"
                          
"I can carry my bag" Baekhyun says as he follows Kai to the car. Kai smirks, "I know but I just wanted to be nice okay" the two of the rode. Kai threw Baekhyun's bag at the back and started the engine. Baekhyun was quiet and wore his seatbelt.
                          
The ride was quiet, something Kai didn't expect. He is used to Baekhyun's nagging even if he is crying, even if he hated Taeyeon at those moments. Kai is about to speak up when Baekhyun opened his mouth.
                          
"My wife left me"
                          
Kai wanted to laugh but he knew it was inappropriate. "W-what?" Baekhyun sighs, "Taeyeon broke up with me.. She has someone new"
                          
Kai frowns, acting as if he just knew the news. As if Baekhyun never though that he already knows. "Fuck man. It's about time, you don't deserve her. She's a demon man" Baekhyun frowns, "I love her Kai. You know that, I'm already saving----" Kai rolls his eyes and continues the usual line of his friend, "saving up for an engagement ring.."
                          
Baekhyun nods, "exactly" he then looks by the window, he is still hoping that Taeyeon will text him and change her mind, or wake up and realize that this is one fucked up nightmare.
                          
"You know what, why don't we use that money and enjoy the night? It's thursday! It's beer day." Kai suggests and smiles, he is a party boy after all and he could use some company since his friends are all busy.  Baekhyun shakes his head, "no man. Maybe she'll come back, that's for our marriage"
                          
Kai frowns, "look man, Taeyeon is not coming back. She doesn't love you anymore. It's time to move on" "fck you, die." Baekhyun irritatedly answers back. Kai laughs, "well I'd love to but bad guys don't die easily and you my friend needs a drink, lots of it"
                          
Baekhyun shakes his head, "no. I'm going home after school.." Kai held his hair in frustration, "fine! My treat! Just please, go with me. You know you need me too okay? You need someone to be with right now"
                          
Baekhyun sighs, "I need her" Kai stops the car by the parking lot. "Dammit Byun Baekhyun. Taeyeon is ing gone. Get your head straight. We have an exam in 10 minutes, fail this and you get a failing grade. Taeyeon doesn't deserve you okay? She's inlove with someone else, she doesn't love you and you need to accept this ed up reality."
                          
Kai waited for a response or a reaction but Baekhyun just looked at him. "What do you want from me Kai.." Kai smirks, "party with me tonight"
