When Jimin woke that morning, all he registered was the sensation of being crushed. He looked down and saw sunlight reflecting off Yoongi's greenish hair, which was splayed across Jimin's chest. Yoongi's eyes were closed, and his mouth hung open in a way that made Jimin think of sinful things. He shook his head, blinking his eyes as if the action would cleanse his soul. He ran his hands through his hair and sighed. He really had to pee, but he didn't want to wake Yoongi up. The other boy looked so peaceful, hands resting on Jimin's chest to pillow his head. His skin gleamed in the sunlight.
That was when Jimin realized two things.
The first thing was that they had work, and the second thing was that it was light outside, which meant that it was most likely not 5:30, when he was supposed to be awake.
Jimin swore fluently, the fervor of which seeming to wake Yoongi, who stirred and mumbled.
"Whassa matter?" He slurred, rolling lazily off Jimin.
"We overslept! What if we have customers?"
"Jimin shut up, it's like eight no one's gonna buy flowers right now," Yoongi muttered, and fell back asleep. Jimin shoved him off the bed indignantly, making the tattooed boy swear as he was woken again. He ran for the bathroom, partly because he really had to go, but mostly because he was afraid of Yoongi's wrath. When he came back out, he caught sight of the clock, which read 9:13. He screamed, and screamed again when he saw Yoongi, bare chested and in the process of changing his shirt.
"What the fuck Jimin?" Yoongi asked, then continued to say, "Why the fuck did we sleep in our clothes? Morning wood is not fun in skinny jeans." The statement dragged Jimin's eyes to the bulge in Yoongi's pants and he squeaked and turned bright red. Yoongi rolled his eyes and pulled his white t shirt over his head. Jimin glanced at the clock again so he wouldn't look at the way Yoongi's lips looked extra kissable in the morning. He almost fainted as he saw that time had unfortunately not stopped for them, and it was now 9:16.
"I don't have extra clothes, and we don't have enough time to stop in my apartment-"
"Uh, yes we do, no one but us is up at this time," Yoongi pointed out, then saw Jimin's expression. "I mean, you could wear my clothes, I might have something that fits you." He rummaged through his dresser and threw a black tank top and light wash jeans at Jimin, who changed right there, not caring that Yoongi was watching him. He was utterly convinced that they'd have customers waiting at the doors to be let in.
Having changed, Jimin ran down the stairs and into the store, Yoongi following behind at a slower pace. When Jimin reached the door, he saw that there was no crowd angrily waiting for them, and Yoongi gave him an "I-told-you-so" expression, which made him blush apologetically.
In fact, there were hardly any customers the whole day, which drove Jimin crazy. Namely because there was nothing to distract him from Yoongi.
Everything the pale boy did seemed like art.
When he bit his lip, Jimin wanted to kiss it.
When he played the piano, Jimin couldn't look away.
When he smirked, Jimin's heart failed and he started debating the pros and cons of putting the hospital on speed dial.
"Hey Jimin," Yoongi said as closing time drew near, "I'm going to re-dye my hair tonight, wanna come?"
"Why would I come with you for that?" Jimin asked. Because you're a slut for anything that has to do with Yoongi.
"Because I don't like being away from you."
This made Jimin's argument disappear, and he found himself saying, "Okay. Why not?"
