"Yes," Kyungsoo says though it's not the answer he's hoping for. "I understand, sir."

"Excellent," he says, giving off a big and bright smile. "Then I believe we are done here. You are to return here in two months time and your training will begin."

"Yes," he says. He stands up and bows at the President. "Thank you, sir. Have a nice day." The President only smiles at him and watches Kyungsoo leave his office. He lets out a sigh when the door closes and phones Jinyoung.

"I want you to keep an eye on Kyungsoo until it's time," he says slowly, his eyes still scrutinizing the door. "He's the one we've been waiting for and I will not let anything screw this up. He must remain pure."

"Yes, sir," Jinyoung says. "I'll do that."

"Good," he says, replying briskly before hanging up. He begins to go back to work, but the door opens a few minutes later, forcing him to stop and look up once again. "Ah, councilman," he says, standing up from his seat as Suho walks closer to him.

"Hello, sir," he says, bowing. "I hope I did not disrupt you."

"No, you did not," the elder replies with a smile that Suho returns. "Please, have a seat."

"Thank you, sir," he says, doing just that and crossing his hands on his lap.

"How can I be of help to you today, councilman?" he asks, returning to his chair and sitting back in it.

"I just wanted to report back to you on the reform education situation," he answers.

"Yes, that," the President says with a nod of his head. "How is that coming along? Were you able to locate the boy?"

"Yes, I was," Suho begins, "however, he will not be joining the reform education program." Siwon's lips fall into a curious frown.

"And why would this be?" he inquires.

"His sibling offered to work with him on his speech," Suho explains.

"Jongin?" he says with his eyebrows raised slightly.

"Yes, sir," Suho says with a single nod of his head. "Kim Jongin, the trainee in place to take over for Yooch-"

"I know who he is," Siwon interjects and Suho goes silent for a moment before nodding.

"He offered to help in place of Asher being sent to the reform education program," he says.

"Hmm." Siwon nods as he hums, his pupils resting in the corners of his eyes. Suho sits there and observes him silently, his eyes squinted slightly.

"I know this is not what is meant to happen, sir," he speaks up, earning the President's attention again, "but I have no doubt that Jongin can help him. He is a very reliable citizen and I hear nothing but wonderful things about him from Yoochun."

"Hm, I am sure you do," he says, smiling tiredly as if he's still deep in thought. "Very well," he adds a moment later with a sigh. "I will allow this, but you notify me if Kim Asher has any more offenses for improper speech in school. If he does, he will be sent to the reform education program."

"Yes, sir," Suho says as he stands up and bows. "I will." Siwon nods at him as if to dismiss and Suho bows once more before leaving the room. Jinyoung walks in before the door can completely and walks over to Siwon's desk, stopping directly in front of it as his eyes study the elder.

"Do we have a problem?" he asks. Siwon exhales and squints his eyes as his head turns in Jinyoung's directions.

"Not at the moment," he says, "but we just might." Jinyoung's face falls and his head and shoulders rise he inhales a long breath. "Get me the file on Kim Jongin," he orders, spinning around in his chair a bit.
