"Hey mom mind if we stay for dinner?" Duff asked his mom.
"Oh honey, I was hoping that you were." His mom said.
*At dinner*
"So Taylor, where are you original from?" Mrs. McKagan asked me.
"Champagne Illinois, its a small town. Less than 900." I responded.
"What's its like there?" She questioned.
"Oh its so beautiful there! Especially in the Autumn where everything is changing from green to this golden color." I replied.
"Oh it sounds lovely!"
"Oh it is!"
"Duff how are the boys?" His mom asked.
"They're good. We're playing in Seattle tomorrow so, i'd thought i'd come down here and see you." Duff said.
"Oh well how nice of you sweetie" His mother sounded happy.
*An hour later*
"Well mom, its getting late, so we're gonna headout." Duff said.
"Okay sweetheart. It was nice seeing you dear. And Taylor, it was nice meeting you." Mrs.McKagan said while hugging me.
"It was nice to meet you as well!" I said back. Then we left.
"Duff your mom is the nicest lady ever!! I was nervous about nothing!"
Duff just chuckled.
"When do I get to meet your parents?"
"When do you play in Illinois?"
"Next month...I think. "
"Well next month then."
"Does that mean i'll get to see where little Taylor slept when she was 7?" he asked mimicking me.
"Maybe." I winked at him.
*DUFF'S POV*
Taylor finally met my mom! And she liked her! I love Taylor and I love my mom and for her to like Taylor means a lot to me. Today has been a good day.
"Hey Tay."
"Hey Duff."
"Whats up?"
Nothing. Whats up with you?"
"Just driving. Have I told you I love you today?"
"No I don't think you did."
"I love you Taylor Rose."
"I love you Michael McKagan."
We finally made it back to the tour bus. The boys are out and most likely at some club. That meant that Taylor and I would have the tour bus to ourselves.
"So what do you wanna do?" I asked her.
"Lets watch a movie?"
"Okay, what movie?"
"We have The Breakfast Club, Ghostbusters, Back to the future, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, Fast Times at Ridgemont high, or Footloose."
"I don't care. You can pick babe."
"Okay, we're watching Sixteen Candles."
"Fine with me baby."
"Can you put it In while I go changed."
"Yea go ahead."
"Ok. Thanks babe."
I put the VHS tape in the VHS box and set it up. Taylor came back out after 10 minutes. She looked even more beautiful then before. She had no makeup on and she was in sweatpants and a random t-shirt.
"Babe you look beautiful."
"I have no makeup on and im in sweatpants."
"That's when you look your most beautiful."
"I love you ."
"I love you as well baby."
"Is the movie ready?"
"Yeah, all we have to do is press play."
"Okay, ill press play." she got up and walked to the vcr swaying her hips. She pressed play and walked back over to me still swaying those hips.
"I love this movie."
"Do you love the movie or do you love Jake Ryan?"
"Both??"
"Who do you love more, me or Jake Ryan?"
"obviously you."
"Good answer babe."
"I know babe."
"Lets watch the movie, shall we?"
"We shall." Taylor ended up falling asleep on my chest. She looked gorgeous.
