ring ring ring...

I woke up and grabbed my phone which was ringing. I answered the call without even looking at the caller. "Hello?" I said groggily. "Goodmorning." Blake said in a raspy voice. I love when guys talk in the morning with their raspy voices.

"It's too early for this." I laughed. "For me to call my girlfriend?" He asked, purposely using the word girlfriend. "No, to go to the lake, you dingus." I said.

"Oh, well you can go back to sleep on the way there." He told me. "Promise?" I asked. "I promise." He said, probably smiling that cute smile of his. "Yay." I said tiredly. "Well I'll see you in a little while. Bye." He said. "Bye." I replied.

I put my phone down and looked at my clock. It wasn't even eight yet. I'm about to be stuck in the car with five other people for two hours, at nine in the morning. Life is just great.

I got up and walked to the bathroom, brushing my teeth, washing my face, straightening my hair, putting on some waterproof mascara and concealer, and grabbing all of my things from the bathroom to take with me.

I walked back into my room and put all my bathroom things into my bag. I walked to my closet and pulled out some black and white Nike shorts, my white converse, and a random tshirt. I pulled my hair into a high messy ponytail and grabbed my charger, putting it in my bag.

I double checked around my room checking for things I forgot, but luckily I didn't see anything. I picked up my over stuffed bag from the floor and dragged it downstairs. Hannah's bag was already by the door, so I set mine next to hers.

"Hannah, I'm gonna go ahead and walk to Weston's!" I yelled, not even worried about waking my mother. "Okay!" She shouted back. Then I pulled my bag out the door and walked across the street, then down the sidewalk. It took about five minutes to get there when you walk as slow as I was.

When I reached Weston's front door, I knocked twice. I waited for a few seconds, then Sarah opened the door. Just who I wanted to see. "Oh, hi Kinley." She cringed. I nodded, not wanting to say anything since she was being rude. I walked past her and upstairs to Weston's room.

"Westonnnn!" I called out. "Kinleyyy!" He mocked me. I went into his room and saw him zipping up his bag. "Blake told me about yesterday." Weston smirked. "Oh he did, did he? What did he say?" I asked.

"He said you guys are finally official, and that you guys kissed." He said. "Oh, well yeah." I laughed. "My mom said you have to share a room with your sister and my sister." Weston laughed. "Why can't I share with you and Blake?" I whined.

"Because Blake's your boyfriend and she doesn't want you guys sharing a room." He told me. "Can I just sneak in after she goes to bed?" I asked. "If you want." He chuckled. "Cool." I said.

Weston laughed and I layed down down on his bed. I don't think I've ever been this tired before in my life. And that's saying a lot.

After about fifteen minutes, everyone had arrived at Weston's house and we were piling into his mom's car. We all put our bags in the back and got in. There were three rows of seats in Weston's mom's car. Hannah and Sarah sat in the middle row, Weston's parents sat in the front, and I sat in the back with Weston and Blake.

Blake was sitting in the middle of us. I had my hand intertwined with Blake's, and my head resting on his shoulder. After about ten minutes of driving, I became really sleepy. So I closed my eyes, and slowly dozed off to sleep.
