Robin laughed confidently along with the two girls who had been flirting with him the entire day. Wally stood frustratingly beside him as he watched his best friend get all the attention, and not even notice.

The two had planned a guys day out. It was the last day of the summer holidays, and for the past week they'd been busy with missions.

But whilst they were relaxing under the hot sun, they were approached by two worried girls.

Wally immediately jumped up off his towel, he was only going to burn anyway. The girl named Autumn had lost grip of her pug's leash, and he ran off.

"Can you help?" they brunette named Summer asked.
"Gladly, babe," Wally pushed his feet into his flip flops eagerly, and kicked Robin's leg.

He couldn't see behind those shades, but he knew he was rolling his eyes.

Robin got up. "Aren't we meeting Kaldur and Connor later?"

Wally was gazing into Autumn's brown eyes. "Who?"

But she didn't seem interested. And neither did Summer. They were both staring at the younger hero's muscly torso.

And they hadn't stopped since. One hour later and they were still going.

"So do you live around here?" Autumn grabbed Robin's hand as they walked along the shore.
"No, I'm from Gotham."
Summer grabbed the other. "That's a shame."

The sky was dyed pink, and the orange sun was dipping into the blue water.

"I don't live here either," Wally wedged his way into the conversation, feeling ignored. "But I would come here for you, babe,"

Autumn laughed nervously, and brought her attention straight back to the Boy Wonder.

Wally pondered, kicking the sand in boredom.

His phone buzzed. It was a text from Artemis.

Hope you're having fun, Baywatch.

His heart fluttered, and for a moment, he forgot the lack of attention he was getting.

He stopped in his tracks. They continued walking, laughing at everything Robin was saying. Not even noticing he wasn't walking beside them anymore.

Sick of them stealing his best friend's attention, Wally decided to do things himself.

3 seconds later, Wally jogged up beside them, with Percy the stupid runaway pug, barking in his arms.

"Aw, look who I found playing by the rocks!" He said in the most sarcastic tone he could muster, and shoved the dog into Autumn's arms.

Dick smiled at the dog and turned to pet him. "Wow, good job Wally. I was beginning to think we wouldn't find him."

"Yeah, yeah," the speedster pushed Summer out of the way, and hooked his arm around his shoulders. "Now we would really like to stay and hang out with you two lovely girls, but we have things to do."

Before they had a chance to dig their fake nails into Dick again, Wally started walking, pulling him along.

"It was nice to meet you!" Robin waved enthusiastically.

Finally out of sight, Wally deemed it safe to let go of his best friend. "Dude, they were so into you."

Robin went red, and folded his arms proudly. "You think?"

Wally shook his head, and patted him on the back. "It pains me to see you're such ladies man and you don't even know it."

He just shrugged. "They weren't that great conversationalists. All they did was laugh at every thing I said and spoke about how cute my height was."

"Whatever you say, Rob." He shook his head, feeling sorry for the unlucky girl who would fall for him one day.
