"Wha- What was that?" I stuttered as soon as he stepped back.

"Another method to make them not notice us" Taehyung grinned.

"Yeah?" I straightened myself, "Really?"

"Yeah, really."

"Are you sure you're not just a pervert?" I asked as I made my way past him, starting back.

He stuck his hands into the pockets of his hoodie and followed me from behind, "Is faking a kiss something pervert?"

"I don't know. But why didn't you just agree with my plan?"

"Plan? Which plan?" he asked, still walking behind me.

"Me distracting them while you run away."

"Okay, now tell me, Jihye" he ran three steps to catch up on me. He continued speaking as he was walking next to me, "What would you have done if they decided to mess a little with you?"

"They wouldn't."

"What makes you so sure?"

"The big guy with the black cap, he kinda likes me" I admitted.

Taehyung laughed and then threw his arm around my shoulder, "Ahhh, you are so naive, Jihye."

I looked up to him, "Why am I naive?"

"I know these kind of guys. The big ones hit on every pretty girl they see. But that doesn't prevent them from causing trouble."

"And what makes you so sure that he only hit on me?" I folded my arms, still looking up to him.

"I told you, I know that kind of guys."

"You should stop judging people based on their appearance" I grinned proudly, "He did it eight times."

"He did what eight times?"

"He asked me out eight times" I smiled, feeling flattered, "The last time was two weeks ago."

Taehyung's smile faded, "And what did you say?"

"I said yes and now we're married and have four children" I said sarcastically, looking up to him again, "You should know me better by now. Of course I said no."

"Good" he cracked me a smile as he removed his arm from my shoulder, "He's not at your level."

"Yeah? Are you saying he's too good for me?" I acted stupid on purpose.

He sighed and played along, "Yes. He's two hundred times better. Who would want to date a good cooking girl anyway?"

"Well?" I tried not to laugh, "Don't forget that I got a score of 491 at the boxing machine. I'd be careful in your stead."

"You stand no chance against me" he smirked.

"Stop being so full of yourself, Taehyung."

"Taehyung? Not Taeyeong?" he started giggling and infected me with his laughter.

"Stop it already!" I choked my laughter, "Should I remind you of my score of four hund-"

Taehyung cut me off by putting me in a headlock, "Then try freeing yourself, Miss 491."

"Yaaaah let me go!" I fidgeted like a crazy person.

"What's in it for me?"

I stood still, "What do you want?"

"Make some time for me next Saturday."

"What?"

He loosened his grip and let go of me, "There's a place we need to go to together."

I straightened myself, "Where?"

"That's a secret" he said as he placed his index finger on his mouth and smiled.

"I think I can make some time" I responded.

"What?"

"I said I could make some time."

"No, that's not what I mean. Won't you ask why we have to go there?"

I cracked him a smile, "You told me to stop questioning your actions."

The following days passed in an instant. Taehyung and I met everyday. First we would train, then I would cook and eventually he would walk me home.

-

One and a half week later, Saturday

Realizing how late it already was, I stormed out of the house and rushed to the bus stop Taehyung and I were supposed to meet at.

Afraid of him killing me if we missed the bus, I ran as fast as I could.

A few minutes later I arrived at the bus stop but Taehyung wasn't there yet.

Feeling relieved, I breathed a sigh.

"Jihye" someone called my name.

I turned around, "You're late, Taehyung."

"Sorry" he smiled sheepishly, "Are you ready?"

"I don't even know where we're going to. How do you expect me to be ready?"

"You didn't say no though" he smiled as he took hold of the sleeve of my shirt and dragged me along into the bus which had just arrived.

About thirty minutes later we got off at the edge of a wood.

"Why are we-" I was about to ask but stopped myself, "Not question your actions- I forgot."

He smiled, "Right."

"At least tell me what we're going to do now."

He took a look at his cellphone to check the time, "There are still a few hours left" he mumbled. "Are you hungry? We could grab something to eat before we start hiking."

"Hiking?" I looked at him in disbelief, "That's the important thing we needed to do? That's a joke, right?"

"I have a favor, Jihye."

"Yeah?"

"Don't complain and don't ask questions until we finish our little trip, okay?"

"I am not complaining but curious because you won't tell me anything."

"We're good friends, right?" he suddenly asked.

"Uhm, yeah I guess so."

"Just one day" he raised his index finger, "Just for one day, trust your good friend. Let me lead you to a special place, let me surprise you. You need some spontaneity in your life. You're eighteen, not eighty."

A little taken aback from his words, I took a second to think. Eventually I decided to give in and nodded in agreement, "Okay" I looked up to him, "One day won't hurt I guess."

"Alright! Then let's go" he cracked me a smile, "Or are you hungry?"

"No" I wagged my head, "How about you? I've prepared some luch boxes for later."

"I'm already looking forward to them" he rejoiced.

Feeling proud, I balled a fist, making a fighing gesture, "Let's start!"
