I saw Rachel's concerned face and she immediately hugged me. I couldn't do this anymore. I began crying again, not stopping to hide them from Rachel.

After I calmed down a little bit, Rachel let me go and we sat on the dirty, cold floor. I took some deep breaths before she started talking.

"Steph...what's wrong?" she gently asked.

"W-when I slept over at your house last week, I had a dream about H-Harry and...ever since that night, I've been having a lot of dreams about him and I can't stop thinking about him and day dreaming about him and Rachel, please help me!" I cried.

"Ok, ok, calm down," she said. "Of course I'll help you. After school we'll do some research and try to find him, ok?"

"Thanks," I breathed. She helped me up and with one last wipe of a tear, we headed out the door to lunch.

After school, we went to her house and we tried getting as much information as we could. Rachel opened her laptop while I searched on my phone. It took a few minutes before either of us found anything.

"Stephanie....is this him?" she asked me, her mouth gaping and turning her laptop towards me.

"I-I think so," I said. I came a little closer and I instantly knew. I'd know those eyes anywhere. "Yeah, that's definitely him."

"I typed in Harry Styles in Google and it's all filled with these pictures. Stephanie, he auditioned for the X-Factor, too!" Rachel squealed.

"What?!" I shrieked, my mouth turning into a smile.

"Yeah! It says right here, 'Harry Styles of Holmes Chapel auditioned for the hit singing competition The X-Factor on the 11th of April, 2010. Styles impressed the judges with his cute smile and adorable charm, and his performance was outstanding. He will be attending the next round in London. More details to come.'"

My mind went in shock. So many questions flooded my brain and I couldn't think straight. I sat back on the couch and I couldn't even bring myself to search through my phone anymore.

"Hey...I found his Facebook," Rachel added, coming over and sitting by me. She handed me the laptop which showed his personal Facebook page.

I took the laptop and scrolled through the page. Sure enough, there were posts about the X-Factor. I clicked on his pictures and my stomach twisted in a knot. There were pictures of him and another girl, apparently named Jade. She was really pretty, way too pretty I couldn't compete with her. I continued searching and I knew this was my Harry.

I handed the laptop back to Rachel and she scrolled through, too.

"Hey, hey, Steph, you've got to see this," she announced, turning the laptop once more.

A picture of me and Harry when we were 6 years old was blown up on the screen. We were at a park and we were sitting in the grass together. The caption wrote: 'Stephanie, I miss you so much. It's been 7 years since you've left, and I will always remember this moment.'

But what really caught my attention was when the picture was posted: August 2, 2009. The date that I left for America, but 7 exact years later.

My eyes clouded with tears as I sunk back in the couch. I don't know what I was feeling. Relieved that he still remembered me. Happy that we found his Facebook. Sad that he missed me as much as I missed him. Disappointed that I found pictures of him and another girl. Surprised that he sings.

Rachel's voice brought me back out of my thoughts.

"Steph, you ready?" she asked, and looked back at the screen. The cursor was hovering over 'Add As Friend.'  I looked at her one more time before nodding in agreement. The trackpad clicked and a notification popped up saying 'Friend Request Sent.'

Harry's P.O.V.

God damn it, Harry, why'd you have to go and ruin things? Jade is never going to forgive you now! You shouldn't have told her everything, you knew she was going to take it this way!

I slammed the front door of my house as I walked in from a disastrous date. Since I couldn't stop thinking about Stephanie, I actually told Jade everything about her and how much I miss her and how much I love her, and now Jade thinks I don't love her anymore. I knew it, I knew it, I knew it. Why did I have to open my big mouth and spill the biggest secret I was keeping from everyone?

I ran up the stairs and into my room. Seconds later, Gemma knocked on my door.

"Harry, is everything all right?" she asked through the wood.

"Yeah, I'll be fine," I lied. I couldn't face anyone.

"Ok, well there's some pasta left over from dinner if you'd like any," she replied, and I heard the familiar footsteps leave my door and walk down the hallway.

I changed out of my blue blazer and nice dress pants and threw on my favorite gray sweats and a plain white t-shirt, covering that in a hoodie. Now that I was comfortable, I needed to take my mind off of the date and the way I do that is by music. I opened my folder and started studying some music that my vocal coach from the X-Factor said I should focus on.

I finished singing for the night and started getting ready for bed. I was about to turn off the light when my phone lit up with a notification from Facebook. I grabbed my phone and looked at the notification.

'Stephanie Zimmerman has sent you a friend request.'

My heart raced as I opened up the app and clicked on her page. That is my Stephanie, I would recognize her face anywhere. Just to make sure, I looked at her pictures and sure enough, that was her. Before I crawled into bed, I hit 'Friend Request Confirmed.'

She found me.
