{Scott's P.O.V}
"AHHHH!" I hear in the middle of the night causing me to wake up again. I shake Avi and he puts a pillow over his face groaning. Esther's been screaming throughout the night saying all this random shit. Her words were very muffled and she kept stuttering.
"This is the third time tonight." I say rubbing my eyes.
"Feels like the hundredth." Avi says getting out of bed.
We walk out together to see her in the corner rocking back and forth, with her hands on her ears.
"Hey." I say kneeling to her level.
"He-he's gonna hurt me." She says shaking again.
"For the millionth time Esther, no one's gonna hurt you." I say running my hands through my hair. Whenever I talk to her it feels like I'm talking to a child.
"Y-you don't kn-know that! He's gonna hurt me." She says crying.
"I can't do this, have fun with crazy pants." Avi says walking away.
"Avi." I say walking after him. "I'll be right back Esther." I catch up to him and grab his arm so he's facing me.
"Let me go Scott, how are we gonna fix Esther she's clearly gone."
"Don't say that."
"I can say it cause it's true."
"You know what you've been a real jerk lately Avi. You know how we said we were gonna attack tommorw. How about tonight?"
"Tonight?"
"Yeah, I can't take this Avi anymore I want nice, sweet, caring Avi. Not this mean one who chokes people."
He just looks at me and I roll my eyes.
"Call Tyler and Alex, so they can watch Esther or in your words crazy pants."
He pulls out his phone and then calls them.
I walk over to Esther and then lift up her head." Hey, Esther me and Avi have to go somewhere and while we're gone your gonna have two people watch you ok."
"Ok."
"There names are Alex and Tyler."
"Who?"
"You don't remember them?" I say trying not to cry.
"N-no."
"What the fuck did Fred do to you." I say just above a whisper.
"Did you say F-Fred, Ahhhhh! He's gonna hurt me, make it stop, make it STOP!!!!"
"Esther." I say at this point crying. "Stop screaming, your scaring me."
"Leave her alone Scott." Avi says moving me away from her.
"I want to help her, I just don't know how." I say hugging Avi.
"I know you do and your trying really hard but Esther's a ticking time bomb and right now all she needs is space. And for you not to say." He gets close to my ear "Fred."
He pulls away and then cups my face. "I don't like seeing you cry." He says wipping my tears. I laugh and then look at the ground and he lifts up my chin, so I'm facing him.
"This is the Avi I like." I say looking into his eyes.
"Yeah." He says kissing my ear.
"Mhm yeah. Now lets get ready before Alex and Tyler get here ok." I say pulling of off him walking away.
"Ok and Scott." He says in a quite voice.
"What babe?"
"I never ment to hurt you."
"I know." I say smiling at him.
"Oh, one more thing." He says blushing.
"What Avi?"
"I love you."
