Ch.2 Escaping my past

                                    

                                          
I woke on a bed,hearing a beeping sound.
                          
No!Have I been brought back to the mansion?I have to get up and do laundry then.....
                          
All of a sudden the memories from when you were last awake flood your mind.
                          
Escaping.
                          
Bullets.
                          
Sacks.
                          
Running.
                          
Cheri.
                          
Dead.
                          
Shattered.
                          
Glass.
                          
All of these this made your eyes shoot open with tears in them.
                          
"Oh my goodness you are awake!I was worried!"
                          
You look over to your left to see a man with blue eyes,blond hair and a black jacket on.
                          
"I got your stuff off the bench,it's to your right."
                          
You look over and surly its there still in the sack with some blood stains on it.

                          
"What got you beat up so badly?And why were you on a park bench?"
                          
You looked back over at his face that had worry all over it.You sat up and stared at him before mumbling some words out.
                          
"I was running away from a nightmare in real life."
                          
He looked at me with a blank expression.
                          
"Man you sound just like Lukas,here tell you what,do you have a place to stay tonight?"
                          
I nodded my head no.
                          
"Here you can stay at our place for the time being.Ok?"
                          
"Thank you."
                          
"No problem.Oh yeah I'm Mathias by the way."
                          
"I'm (Y/N).A pleasure."
                          
"Now you need some rest ok?Those bullet holes won't just go away like magic..."
                          
"Ok I will try to get some rest.Good night then."
                          
"Ok goodnight."
                          
Then he got up and left the room.
                          
I knew I wasn't going to sleep that night with everything in my head.Master and mistress are most likely coming to get me,and I don't want this nice guy to get wrapped up in this mess too.
                          
I can't lose another person like Cheri.....
                          
I look back over at the sack,and grab it with my injured right hand.I open it to reveal two sets of food,clothes and the necklace of a glass heart and Cheri's bunny.
                          
I shed some tears at the thought of when she first got the bunny too...

                          
~flashback~
                          
*Cheri crying*
                          
"Cheri,I know it's rough living here at 10 but we can do it together!Here I can give you another friend!"
                          
"Really (Y/N)?Thank you sooooooo much!"
                          
Went to my room and brought back a stuffed bunny for her to keep.It was like a sign of hope in this place called hell.Or home.Its the same to us.
                          
"Thank you (Y/N).....I will keep it forever!"
                          
"Wonderful Cheri,now let's go to sleep now ok?"
