As I opened my eyes, I panicked. 'What is going on?' I thought to myself. Everything that I saw was really blurry. I saw a bright light and a white ceiling. 'Where on Earth am I? And what on Earth happened?'  I was really confused when I saw someone- a boy- walking up to where I was laying.
                          
Cameron's Point of View
                          
Sierra called me last night and told me that we had a very important family emergency and that I would probably want to book a flight home as soon as I possibly could. As soon as I heard the news, my heart sank. I had no idea what was going on, but I have a pretty good feeling that I did not want to know what it was. I did as I was told and booked a flight home as fast as I could.
                          
**After the flight home**
                          
I went to the hospital that Sierra told me to go to. When I opened the door to the hospital room, my jaw dropped straight to the floor. Alli was the emergency. I could not believe it. I was in shock. I was in denial. "What happened?" I asked trying to push back the tears that were forming in my eyes. "We were at the beach and she hit her head pretty hard on the sand." "Will she be okay?" "Yes, she just woke up earlier this morning and it is okay to go and talk to her." "Have any of you guys talked to her yet?" "No, we wanted you to be the first one to talk to her." Grayson said obviously understanding the situation that I was in. "Thank you." I said barely audible as I started to walk over to her bed where she was laying.
                          
"Hey." I said to her with a tear running down my face. It broke my heart having to see her like this. "Hi?" She said sounding confused. "What's wrong?" "Who are you?" Great. She doesn't remember who I am. Her own twin brother. This broke my heart even more. I could feel multiple tears streaming down my face as I said, "What do you mean? You don't remember me?" I asked softly. "No, I'm sorry. I actually don't really remember anything at all." "That's okay, I understand. I am Cameron, your brother." "Oh. Hey Cameron!" She said with a smile on her face that was obviously forced. I could tell that she didn't remember me and she felt bad. I could also tell that she was trying her hardest to remember me.
                          
"It's okay if you don't remember who I am. I mean, I'm sure that everything will come back to you in a few weeks, or maybe even a few days." "Really? You mean it?" I saw a gleam of hope come across her face. "Yes, I really do mean it." "But do you honestly think so?" "No I don't think so, I know so." When I said that, a huge smile stretched across her face. I could tell that this smile was not forced, it was true and genuine. "Well, I have to get going now. Bye, Als." "Bye Cameron." I left with a single tear slowly creeping its way down my face. 'It should not have been her, it should have been me.' I thought to myself as I walked towards the others. 
                          
Sierra's Point of View
                          
"So how is she?" "She is alright ... I guess." "Cam, now tell me the truth." I said with a stern look on my face. "Okay, alright. Just stop giving me that look. She doesn't remember anything." "Not even you!?" I said looking surprised. "No, not even me, but why are you so shocked about it?" "I just thought that she would at least remember you because you guys are twins. I mean, I thought that you two had some sort of weird connection or something." "We do, or at least we used to." "Don't be silly, Cam. You guys still have as strong of a connection as you used to when you were little." I said trying to cheer him up. "Thanks, Si." "No problem, Cam."
