Getting Settled

"Well then, here we are Haleigh. This will be your new apartment. It is fully furnished. When I return to my office, I will summon someone to go grocery shopping for you, they will then bring the food back here for you. As for you, take this card and go get some clothing and any other items you feel necessary. Once you get ready to buy them, show the shop owner this card, they'll let you take the items." The Tsuchikage says before handing me a black card with a golden rock design on it, and the keys to my new home.
                          
"Thank you very much Tsuchikage. I truly do appreciate your hospitality toward me." I wrote quickly, using the wall to bare down on. I then hand him the paper to read. He smiles, waves, and leaves me standing at the door with the key and card in hand. I look at the key, then to the door and sigh.
                          
'Well, here goes nothing.' I think to myself as I push the key into the lock. When I open the door, a light floral scent fills my nostrils. I look around the house and my mouth practically drops to the floor. It wasn't huge or anything, just the right size for me, but the way it was decorated was flawless. 
                          
When you walk in, there is a small hallway, decorated with a black table, and a black mirror with what looked like black vines twirling around it. Continuing on, to the right is the living room. The walls were an off white, while the floor had a dark brown hardwood. There is a black couch, love seat, and armchair, all surrounding a beautiful glass coffee table. Purple and blue pillows decorated the black couches while beautiful paintings of night time scenery and stars hung on the walls.
                          
To the left is the kitchen, which looked completely new. The walls were the same color as in the living room, and probably the rest of the house. All of the appliances were black, there was a small white dining table. Next to the table was a black granite island with purple, white, and blue flecks in it.
                          
Going through the kitchen to the back of the house, there were two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom was like any other regular bathroom. All white, but the shower curtain was black with a beautiful silver tree, and what looked like blue lights hanging from the tree. The cover on the toilet seat, and matts on the floor were black as well. 
                          
The master bedroom was completely bare, other that a bed, a black nightstand, a black dresser with the mirror attached, and a tall black chest. There was a nice sized closet, probably because there was no bathroom in there, and the guest bedroom was just the same.
                          
After taking a look at the apartment, I went back into the front hallway and grabbed the door key and card I had set on the table and exited my house. I took to the streets and began looking for some clothing shops. I'm completely changing the way I look. I'm going to start dressing down, easier to blend in, and less people will notice me.
                          
The first store I enter is a ninja clothing store. I grab two pairs of ninja sandals, both black obviously. Then I grab three pairs of pants and shorts one blue and two black, and finally I grab two black dresses that kunoichis wear, and a pair of black gloves.
                          
Satisfied with the fact that I had gotten an entire ninja wardrobe from one store, I walk up to the front where the clerk is located. He looks at me with suspicion until I pull out the black card that the Tsuchikage gave me. The man looked shocked before muttering an apology and bagged my clothes. I had four bags already, and I still needed to get some civilian clothes, night clothes, and some undergarments as well.
                          
The next store I went into was more of a ladies store, containing things such as bras, panties, bathing suits, and nightwear. I grabbed a bra of each neutral color, meaning black, white, and nude, and the same for underwear, but obviously more than three pairs. After finishing that, I headed toward the other side of the store and grabbed five loose t-shirts, two black ones, a blue one, a white one, and a purple one. Can you tell what my favorite colors are yet? I then grabbed three pairs of leggings and three pairs of shorts to sleep in.
                          
Finally, there was one last stop for clothing. Civilian clothes. I walked into a store that looked pretty nice. It had a lot of different things to choose from, but I just went with basic stuff. I got three pairs of black skinny jeans, and two pair of blue skinny jeans, a long sleeved black shirt, a black jacket, and some v necked t-shirts in the exact same colors as my night shirts. For the third time that day, I'd checked out with the card the Tsuchikage gave me.
                          
By now, the sun had just started setting and I was truly exhausted. I went back home and dropped my bags at the entrance. There was a note sitting on the table for me.
                          
'Haleigh,
                          
I hope you like the food the grocer has gotten for you. Everything you need is here, healthy foods and snack foods. Thank you for becoming a part of our village, and I hope your shopping is going well, and I hope you like the decorations. Feel free to change anything and be sure to decorate your room the way you wish.

The note read. 
                          
'DARN IT I KNEW I FORGOT SOMETHING!' I yell in my head as I make my way out of the door once more. I went to a furniture store and just went with the same color scheme as the rest of my house. I got a black rug, a black bed set, and I also got a black desk for my room. Then after that I remembered that I needed hygiene products. I got shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, body wash, face wash, a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, deodorant, perfume, and towels.
                          
After I check out again, I head back home and repeat the dropping of the bags at the entrance. My desk will be delivered tomorrow, well at least that's what the manager person told me. I pull out my key to unlock the door when I hear shuffling to my far left. I keep a calm composure as I push my door open and act like I'm about to walk in, but leap to my left. I pull my sword out and hold it to the person's neck.
