"No stop!" I came out of Nathan's memories. My hands ran over the chair I was sitting on multiple time, just making sure it was there and I wasn't stuck in the awful feeling of nothingness anymore. I was breathing heavily and had an awful headache going on.

"What was that?" I screamed at him while looked all around me, just to make sure I was in the right world.

"A memory." He replied calmly while sitting down, clutching his chin as he put on a thinking face. All of the little disbelief I had about Nathan being an angel had left me completely after he had done what he just did. That had to be against the laws of physics, and it most certainly inhumanly impossible. If it wasn't human than it was without a doubt supernatural.

"Nicole, holy shit. Nicole!" I started panicking as I grabbed at my hair, pulling it in every direction. The pain overtook my scull and I had a brief moment of a distraction, which soon ended when Nathan pulled my hands away.

"Stop harming your hair!" He looked like he was on the verge of a panic attack. "You saw in the memory how I felt about your hair."

"Yeah well that's just fucking creepy. What kind of person in there right mind would fantasize about one's hair?"

"I'm not human, so I'd say it's pretty normal to fantasize about your hair." I rolled my eyes and he shot me the smirk. "Would you like me to finish the memory now?"

"No I think I've had enough for today." I mumbled while rubbing my forehead. I was having a faint sense of nausea at the edge of my stomach.

"Alright, you should rest Lana this is a lot to take in. There is more you have yet to find out too." I nodded and got up, and headed towards the living room. "Bedroom." Nathan's voice shouted loud and clear throughout the entire apartment. I sighed in disappointment. The couch was looking quite comfortable right now. If he could pull me into a dark abyss of memories, who knew what else he could do. Might as well save my ass and listen to the guy for once.

Surprisingly I didn't suffer from any horrid dreams that night. After today's events I fully expected catastrophic nightmares. Nathan had taken the couch in the living room seeing as he wanted to give me some room after the confrontation. It was a good thing, there was no way I was sleeping anywhere near him when he had told me that he had been stalking me since I was in the 10th grade. It also left me plenty of time to reflect on what he had shown me.

"Nicole." She had always been the odd one out in our group. I still loved her as a sister though. You just can't stop loving somebody you've trusted for years, it's just not possible. I just had a hard time understanding how the Nicole I knew who would scream at the sight of a flie on her food, could be capable of doing a barbaric act. I shuddered. They looked relatively the same, minus the wings part.

"Then there's the crazy stalker who's in love with me." This didn't bother me as much as it should've had. I mean come on the guy gave up paradise and his wings just to get closer to me. In a way I found that romantic. He still scared me though, after living your whole life not believing of the supernatural race it was very hard for my mind to accept it. However I could feel myself leaning towards it though. I still felt like I was missing something. It was on the tip of my tongue, I knew I'd seen something before I just couldn't remember. Maybe I'd find out when he told me the rest of the story tomorrow.
