It's been a year for me and Alex's friendship.
                          
One freaking year !!
                          
Both of us were 18 now . This was the ending of the new year . Well , the last day . So , u can say 2 years .
                          
We had shared everything together .
Violet was now in relationship with Erick . Chris was with Stacey , a friend of mine and Thomas , well Thomas was living a weird life . Got a girl , breakup , and then get a new girl .
I was glad I wasn't with him .
Tonight was Prom . And guess who had asked me ? ALEX FREAKING RYDER !!!!
" When are u gonna get ready , Vi ? " 
" After u get ready , Hun . " 
Violet was making my hair . Curling it . 
" There . Look at u ! " she said . 
I looked amazing ! 
Violet had put on red lipstick and some eyeliner for me . That was it . 
I wore a red dress with a V-cut .
It was amazing .
Violet gave me her red heels and red clutch . 
" There . Ur the definition of perfectness right now . " Violet said .
I laughed , blushing .
" U think Al will like it ? " I asked .
" DUH ! " and she got up to change into her dress .
Violet kept her hair open . Her white hair looked amazing when curled .
She wore a long dress with a white top having a sweetheart neck and the bottom wet from the dark colors of blue to the lightest .
" Woah . " we both breathed out after we saw each other .
Finally , Stacey ,who was shy to change in front of us , who was in the bathroom came out . Stunning .
She was wearing a full lacy sleeve black short dress , hair open . "
" Omg ! U look so beautiful ! " she gushed .
" U too ! "
Finally , the bell rang and I rushed downstairs along with the 2 .
Sure enough , it was Alex , Erick , Chris and Thomas . Tho,as had a girl I had no idea who she was in his arms , his hand around her waist . I rolled my eyes but smiled when I saw Alex handing me roses .
They matched the outfit !
" U look stunning ! " 
" So do u ! " The typical conversation in between all of us .
Alex put an arm around my waist and we all sat in the car .

The prom was amazing ! There were drinks and loud music . Girls and guys dancing .
" Dance ? " I heard Erick ask Violet .
Violet looked at me and I winked . She blushed .
                          
OMG ! VIOLET BLUSHED !! 
THAT GIRL HAS NEVER BLUSHED !
                          
Soon Stacey and Chris and Thomas and Jenny , Thomas's date went off to dance . 
When will Alex ask me ?! 
                          
" Will u dance with me , Skii ? " he said when everyone returned .
I blushed . " Let's do it ! " 
I grabbed his hand and , unfortunately , it was a slow song . 
In the middle , Alex said something I never expected him to .
" Skii... " he said softly .
" Ye-yes ? " I asked .
" We've been friends for over an year now.. " 
I smiled . " It's wonderful . Isn't it ? "
" Of course . "
2 minutes for new year .
" Those special moments we shared .. "
" Um... Yes... " 
He gazed into my eyes . 
1 minute for new year.
" I love u , Skii ." He finally whispered .
WHAT ?!
" What ? " I asked .
" I - I really love u , Skii . "
I gulped .

He smiled . He took my hand and gazed into my eyes .

I glanced at Violet . She was in a deep talk with Erick.
The crowd started shouting . 
" 15 ! 14 ! 13 ! " they shouted .
Alex took a deep breathe . " Will you be my girlfriend ? "

" Yes Alex . I will be your girlfriend . " I said softly .
" Happy New Year !!! " Everyone shouted .
And Alex freaking Ryder kissed me .
" Happy New year , Skii . " He said , leaning his forehead against mine .
I smiled . " Happy New Year , Al ."
