The sound of light taps on a red and gold trimmed carpet, along with the very faint sliding sound of a long dress are accompanied by a soft singing voice. There's a long hallway decorated in beautiful red and gold with marble floors and walls inside of an enormous palace.

The owner of the soft tune, lightly sways her arms back and forth at the same time in random joy of the exploration. Of course she's in a good mood, for she is going to steal from her parents, the good Emperor Yung and Empress Mei Hu of Zilleal in the early morning.

The brightness of the sun beams through the large square windows on the rug of the floor illuminating the hallway. However, it doesn't help when it comes to the long trip.

Door after door, is all there is in the long hallway except for the men in armor with bronze katana swords standing beside of every door. With every soldier the girl passes, she ignores the respectable bows that are being given to her from the men.

The young girl is beginning to lose patience, as she almost always got lost despite living in the palace her entire life. She stops her lovely tune and ceases walking. Had she gone the wrong way again?

She looks behind her, it feels like she's going the right way. She then looks forward, there are still more doors ahead of her with men guarding them. Maybe she's going the right way.

The girl continues her way, but a bit quicker as she only has a short amount of time left before her parents wake up.

Door.

Another door.

And another door.

This is getting old very quickly. Why do they need so many doors? It's not like she has a big family. Are these extra doors for show of something?

It is until her eyes catch the sight of the familiar set of enormous red and gold trimmed double doors guarded by two of the strongest looking soldiers in the kingdom. The door has shiny golden monkey tail doorknobs and unique symbols on both doors that translates to "holy dragon".

The girl lets out high pitched squeal of delight, as she finally meets her destination. She quickly covers her mouth with her hands. The girl remembers that it is still early in the morning. She also knows that she doesn't want to wake up the rest of her family, though the men at the door seem to have notice. She quickly saunters to the soldiers, she curtsies to the men.

"Zǎoshang hǎo, Princess Fawn." They respond with smiles on their faces along with traditional bows of respect.

"Zǎoshang, gentlemen." Fawn's voice is as sweet as honey tea, just like her mother. Ever since childhood, Fawn knew how to use her lovely voice to charm others to her advantage. However, it never works when it comes to her parents.

One of the soldiers steps up to the princess.

"Are you here to see your parents?"

"Shì, I am", Fawn gives a cute and innocent smile, the unsuspecting soldiers know little of the young girl's true intentions.

"Very well, allow us to wake them up and-"

"U-uh, no, allow me." Fawn raises her hand up to stop one of the soldiers from approaching the double doors and ruining her plan.

"Of course, Princess." Both soldiers bow again and move to both sides of the double doors. Fawn walks between both men and places her hands on both door knobs. She pushes the doors opening them slowly and quietly. The sunlight beams from the hallway and seeps into the dark bedroom.

The princess only cracks the doors apart then slips her body into the room. It's a precaution to make sure the blinding light doesn't wake up her slumbering parents. She quietly closes the doors and creeps through the room.
