Lily's pov
                          
As I wake up the next day with Zion and I's usual routine, I realise that something is not quite right.my eyelids feel too heavy and I'm not even able to stand up properly.
                          
I groan and close my eyes again.i can feel my body temperature is unusually high.
Zion senses that's something is not quite right .
" what happened mom?why aren't you getting up?" He asks as he touches my hand uncertainly .
                          
" honey I don't think I'm feeling quite well .can you be a dear and get me my cellphone" I say and he gives it to me.
                          
I dial Cassidy to see if she can come over .she picks up after a few rings.
                          
"  why the hell are you waking me up this early .?" She screams over the phone and I flinch remembering that she left quite late yesterday night.
                          
" I'm so sorry Cassidy but I seriously don't feel well. Do you think you can stop by and drop Zion at Macy's kindergarden "
                          
" I'm on my way" she says and I sigh.i really don't like to disturb her more than I already do.
                          
I turn to my right to see Zion looking at me with a frown on his face.
                          
"  Zion honey ,don't worry it's not a big deal . Just get ready and aunt Cassidy will drop you today." I say.
                          
" are you sure you want me to go mommy,I can stay and take care of you if you want" he says biting his lip .
                          
Im instantly touched and shake my head . " no honey , I don't want you to miss one day just because I'm not feeling well. I promise I'll get better by evening"
                          
He nods and goes to get ready .I take a tablet from my purse for the fever.
                          
" I'm here" I hear Cassidy's voice ten minutes later.
She comes straight to my room ." Dear god your burning " she says touching my forehead.
                          
" it's not a big deal cass ,can you just drop Zion in macys ,I think I'll go a bit late for work" I say and she glares at me.
                          
" one day off isn't gonna kill you lily and I'm sure the restaurant would do well without you passing your germs around..just take rest today.ill drop by the restaurant and inform Steve on my way" she says .
                          
" I honestly don't know what I'd do without you cass" I say and she rolls her eyes.
" are you usually this sentimental when your ill" she says and gets up to check on Zion ,I presume.
                          
Trust Cassidy to spoil the mood.
                          
I sigh and take my phone to see a text message from Andrew .
                          
" good morning beautiful" it says and I smile.
                          
" good morning to you to." I send back and I instantly get a reply back.
                          
" I can't wait to see you today" he says .
                          
I call him and  He picks up in the first ring." Hi,I'm so looking forward to see you today" he says and I swear I feel butterflies in my stomach.
                          
 " as much as I'd love to see you , I can't .im not going to work today" I say.
" why? What happened? Is everything alright" he asks with concern lacing his voice and I internally smile.
                          
" I'm not feeling well and have a slight fever." I say .
                          
" oh. If you are not well then who is taking care of Zion .shall I come over and take him to his kindergarden."He immediately asks  and I frown.
                          
" wow your care for me is overwhelming" I say sarcastically.
                          
" I'm so sorry lily ,I didn't think like that, I just wanted to be of some help. Do you want me to come over" he asks .
                          
" no silly there won't be any need for that. A day in bed will do just fine" I say.
"Are you sure ,you don't need help" he asks 
                          
" no,Cassidy will take care of Zion,I'm just gonna sleep anyways" I say.
                          
" okay.take rest .ill talk to you later  bye." He says and we end the call.
" mommy I'm leaving" I hear Zion say .he comes straight to me tackling me in a huge hug.
                          
I hug him back tightly and let him go.
" now now we wouldn't want our little tiger to catch fever would we, who will take care of mommy  then" Cassidy says ,smiling from the door .
                          
" she's right honey,ill be here when you get back " I say and his face brightens up.he raises his fist up in a victory kind of notion and leaves shouting happily and i instantly feel guilty for not being there with him a lot.i sigh and vow to work on it before I fall into a slumber.
                          
I wake up a few hours later ,I feel that the fever has gone down already.
I take a nice long bath and go to the kitchen to make something for him.i make a small chocolate cake and keep it ready .an hour later I hear Zion come in with Cassidy . " how are you feeling mom" he asks .
                          
As soon as I say that the fever is gone ,he quickly jumps towards me and hugs me tightly giving me a kiss on the cheek.i imitate his actions .as soon as his eyes land on the cake,he gives me another hug and goes to gobble  the cake. I turn around to see Cassidy just then only remembering that she was there.
                          
 She smiles at me and says, " I've never seen Zion this excited to come home" .
I smile in return.zion comes and says " mommy do you want to come to the park with me and aunt Cassidy "  and I nod.
                          
He jumps up and down laughingly and a few hours later , I go to they park with them .cassidy sits on the bench and takes out a note and a pen . She's got that look on her face which suggests that she's thinking hard .
                          
Zion sits on the swing and I push him from behind. I feel so content I finally having time to spend with Zion.i smile at the other people near by.
                          
I see the Gardner , the laundry person , shopkeeper and many others.im well acquainted with everyone in this locality. It feels as though it's been ages since I've spoken with anyone other than Zion and Cassidy  .
                          
Zion asks for some ice cream .i smile at him and I come back to find him missing. I calm myself down thinking that he must be somewhere nearby.
                          
" calm down lily ,he's probably gone to play somewhere else" I say to myself .I search almost everywhere and I ask Cassidy If she's seen him.
                          
" I thought he was with you " she frowns at me ,and gets up to search for him.
                          
" I have an idea where he might be" she suddenly exclaims and I follow her to the complete opposite end of the park.
                          
 I spot the familiar dark hair of Zion's .i breathe in relief and run over to him only to find him in the arms of a stranger.
                          
" he's the stranger I told you about " Cassidy says and I go over to them.
                          
" mommy" Zion exclaims as soon as he sees me . The stranger lifts up his head and our eyes meet.
