"Your so beautiful." Quill purred into my ear.
My breath caught in my throat. I didn't want this. Never have, never will. He took me to his place and up to his room. He pushed me onto the bed.
"Wait." I said holding a hand out and placing to his chest.
"Your thinking about him. Aren't you?" He asked. A look of sadness washed across his face.
"You don't actually like me do you?" I asked.
"What ever made you think that love?" He placed a hand under my chin forcing me to except his kiss. I did, but wasn't entirely sure I wanted to.
He wasn't Lockwood. This wasn't right. After everything I went through. All the times he put me down.
He bit my bottom lip, asking for me to return his love. The kiss turn harsh.
His hands roamed my body. I pulled back as he kissed down my jaw.
"Oh Kat..." He whispered. Realization hit me and I shoved him away.
"What did you just say?" I whispered. He had a face masked with horror.
"Im sorry. Its just me and Kat went through a nasty break up last week and-"
"So you turned to me." I finished
"No! It's just been hard on me."
" Well I'm not her. Never was, never will be. You don't like me. You're using me to make her jealous! Aren't you!?"
He didn't reply
"Aren't you?!"
He looked away
"Answer me!"
"Yes! I am alright! Now shut up and lay down." He said jumping up.
"No!" I said. I went to stand myself but he pushed me down.
"Easy way or hard way. You choose." He growled. He ripped his belt off.
"No thats my line. You can either get out of my way or lose your little self. I've done it before and I'll do it again." I screamed. He growled and back away. I tore from his room taking my suitcase with me of course. As I ran for the train station a tear leaked down my face. What had I done?
I was half way there and my face was covered in tears when I ran into someone. My head had been down and I had neglected to look up.

"Sorry." I mumbled looking up. I gasped. It was Lockwood.
"Don't be." He said. Thats when he realized it was me. He gasped as well. We stood there, not moving.
"I have to go." I said going to walk around him when his arm caught mine.
"Explain to me why you betrayed me like that." His voice shook and his head turned to one side. I turned to him. His hair feel perfectly in front of his eyes making him look incredibly handsome and at the same time equally diabolical. I don't have the slightest clue why though.

"Lockwood I-" I couldn't find any words. Nothing came out. He looked at me, then took notice to my tear covered face.
"Did he hurt you?" He asked.
" physically, no. Emotionally, maybe. But that doesn't matter." I turned to leave again but to no avail.
"Please don't make this harder that it already is." I pleaded.
"Why is it hard?" He asked.
"Because I know that I just ruined everything. I don't know why I let him do that. I just felt like it didn't matter. It never does when it comes to something as difficult as love I suppose." I raised my hands and let them fall back down to my thighs with a soft smack.
"Lucy you didn't ruin anything. If anything its my fault for not telling you." He said.
"Telling me what?"
"That I lo- like you. I really like you Lucy."
"You could do so much better than me Lockwood and we both know it." I said turning on my heel. But this time he didn't try to stop me. I didn't think about what he had said more carefully until I was home.
But I knew what I said was true. And I can't do anything now anyways. Can I?
