Chapter 7

                                    

                                          
"Oh, Adrikinns!!" Chloe called for Adrien as he was heading for his car.
                          
"Yes, Chloe." Adrien paused as he turned to face her.
                          
"Is it true your father is letting you go to the dance?"
                          
"Yes, and I'm really excited I'm taking Kagami." He smiled.
                          
"Oh, you're with her?" Chloe gave a disgusted look.
                          
"Of course," Adrien said excitedly.
                          
Her face raged with anger and stomp off with Sabrina chasing her, " Chloe! Chloe!"
                          
"Huh, I wonder what's with her?" Adrien shrugged as he headed his way to his car.
                          
"Aren't you breaking hearts, Romeo?" Plagg commented.
                          
"What no!" Adrien exclaimed, "I and Chloe are just friends."
                          
"Right because you're in love with Marinette."
                          
"No, she is also just a friend." Adrien sighs as he heard from Nino that Marinette is back together with Luka.
                          
"And Kagami?"
                          
"Uhh," Adrien blushed at the sound of her name, "well, I and her are very alike."
                          
"She's your girlfriend, kid," Plagg commented.
                          
"Which is also true," Adrien commented as he and Kagami's dating is so low profile. Only his closest friend knew so her mother and his father wouldn't find out, "You know me and her hate labels."
                          
"Yet she'll chop off anyone hand for getting near you," Plagg snickered.
                          
"Quitting teasing her," Adrien says as saw Gorilla open the door of the car.
                          
He looked inside then up at Gorilla, "Where's Kagami weren't we suppose to go to fencing together."
                          
Gorilla didn't respond as he nodded his head toward the school entrance.
                          
Adrien's eyes went wide at the girl that came out the school door. It was Kagami. In regular school clothes. It was a little weird for Adrien to see her without her signature red fencing uniform. Kagami scanned around till her eyes landed on Adrien, she smiled at him. Seeing her like this was like Adrien meeting a new person. 
                          
Adrien had hoped that he wouldn't dwell on the fact that Marinette had been in love with him and now that he was developing feelings for her. It was a shocking discovery, to a degree, as it wasn't the first time a girl had had a crush on him, and it had never especially bothered him before. Not this time, though. This time it was different. This time it was Marinette, someone too dear to his heart to just ignore and eventually forget about. This time it didn't seem like just a crush as well. But, he can't believe she had a crush on him or in fact be in love. But that can never happen.
                          
"Hey, I thought I'd find you inside," Kagami states as she kissed his cheek.
                          
He smiles from her demanding ways, "Well I was right here."  
                          
He then leads her into the car before entering as well he saw Marinette with their friends. And she saw him and waved at him along with Alta.
                          
Adrien felt baffled. Shouldn't Marinette be showing the signs that not everything was okay and fine? He has been feeling feelings for Marinette. Adrien shrugs it off and waved at Marinette.
                          
Once he left, Marinette then took her cue to leave as she was heading home she got a phone call from Luka, "Your heading out?"
                          
"Hey Luka yes, I'll meet you at the dance."
                          
"Mari," he sighed on the phone, "It still risky."
                          
"I know. That's why I told you about it  in case I go missing."
