Chapter 10 - Hell isn't at all like Hell
Lorin

My bed is uncomfortably warm as I start to wake up. I wiggle around, hoping to find a cool spot somewhere among the sheets, and give an exasperated sigh when I can't. That's enough motivation to wake me up, seeing as though I don't want to be all sweaty and gross so early in the morning.
I sit up and stretch out my sore muscles, yawning in the process. When I finally opened my eyes and took a look around, I noticed I wasn't even in my room.
"What the fuck?!" I shout, and jump out of the bed. Suddenly, feet start pounding outside the bedroom door, drawing closer and closer with each passing second.
Oh man oh man oh man oh man!
So, what do you do when you fear a deranged serial killer is coming after you?
Do you crawl out the window? Nah.
Lock the door? No way!
Squeal (manly, of course) and hide under the bed? Most definitely.
I wiggle my way under the bed, holding my breath as the door to the room bangs open with tremendous force.
"Who the hell is in here?" A booming voice shouts. Footsteps start to circle the room, the owner obviously looking for the intruder, aka me. "Come now, no need to be shy! I can smell you fear... hear your heartbeat... taste your sweat!" The last part was said as someone grabbed my feet and drug me out from under the bed. I totally, 100% let out a completely manly scream, no joke!
"Dear lord of fucking whatever I did not sign up for this...!" I decide now would be a good time to just end my life a little sooner, so I kick back at the man, run and try to jump out of his arms and through the window. Of course, like that would ever work. He just simply grabs the collar of my shirt and picks me back up, like I weigh nothing.
He sets me in front of him, and stares me down. Honestly, this man is frightening. He has huge, magnificent black wings with white highlights, his eyes are completely black, and under his eyes are two black markings, like stripes. He stands very tall, towering over my smaller frame. Thankfully, for my aura work, I can see a black aura surrounding his head. Though, I don't know what it means, it's still super scary and intimidating. His voice is deep and loud, demanding respect and attention whenever he speaks.
His energy, though, is amazing. Strong, powerful, that of a demon. Instantly, I relax and send a warm smile to him when I realize this. He seems taken aback, to say the least. His cool demeanor cracks and confusion fills his face. As soon as the emotion is shown, it disappears. Back to the 'calm, all powerful demon'.
"Well hey there, man. I'm Lorin. I have no clue where I am, but you're a demon, so I know I'm safe!" I still hold my smile at him, and though his face doesn't show anything, you can see the confusion in his eyes.
"Uh... well, human, I am only nice to those dedicated to our Father, so prepare to perish!"
"But I am dedicated."
"...What?"
"Yeah! For a few weeks now. I'm pretty close with a handful of demons, too. Asmodeus, Dantalion, Enki..."
"Wait, you know Father?"
"Of course I do! He was the one who showed up to me the day after I first tried to summon a demon. Funny story, he's been following me around at home and at school and.."
"Slow down there, boy. So... this is the boy..." He starts to circle me after he sets me down and lets me go, like he's looking me over. "There's not much to you, to be honest."
