"Jack. These are the Freaks"

                          
There were 6 of them. A little girl, a blonde young male, a man built like a fridge, two teenage girls and a young woman with different coloured eyes. Bob introduced them to me one by one.
                          
The little girl was called Saky, and she was an albino. One of her eyes is neon blue and the other is completely black. She was part of a loving family living in a village in Russia, but everyone in the village thought she was a demon. They threw rocks and stones at her when she was seen in the daylight. She hid herself in the snow at night in order to move around. An old village lady saw her one night and gathered a rally the next day to forced her to leave town. She was found by Bob just as she ran out of the forest that surrounded the village she had once lived in. Bob had Ken and Minx look after her while he went back to speak with her family. However, he was too late. He found them hanging from the tree in their garden. 
                          
The blonde male was called Felix, and he was a contortionist. When he was born he came out with his arms and legs facing opposite directions. The doctors thought that they needed to put him out his misery but Felix simply turned his limbs the right way round. Since then Felix could bend his body to any extent. Bob found him when he was a teenager, after he had been laughed out of his school for doing unusual positions during yoga.
                          
The strong man was called Snake, and he had reptilian-like skin, yellow eyes and a forked tongue. He was raised by his grandmother after his mother died from a heart attack after seeing what her son looked like. He grew up near a swamp, and without other children to play with, he played with the alligators. They seemed to accept him, and allowed him to be close to them without attacking him. He lived like this until he was eighteen, when while he was out, a gang of robbers attacked his grandmother, killing her in the process. Going into an animalistic rage, he chased the robbers into the swamp, and they were eaten by the alligators. However, someone found some of the robber's bone, reported them to the police, and the locals managed to persuade the mayor to have the alligators killed. With his grandmother and his only friends gone, Snake was ready to give up on life, until he was found by Minx, who was out scouting the area for Bob. She also convinced him to join the Freak show, giving him back his friends.
                          
One of the teenage girls was Orion. When she was little, she was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer. Her parents were millionaires, so they paid scientists to find a cure for their little daughter. However, they didn't care what they did to Orion, just as long as she was cured. After 3 years of experiments, she was finally free from cancer, but with severe side affects. Because of the treatments, it stunted her growth, her hair gained streaks that were a bright white, her eyes turned a deep green, he nails grew pointy, her body grew slim and she gained night vision. To add to this, she gained spikes on her elbows and knees. After seeing what happened to their daughter, her parents locked her in their mansion, isolating her from the outside world and telling the press she had died because of the treatments. 5 years she was locked up, wandering the same hallways with no one to talk to but the same people. Eventually, she snapped, and using her night vision and slim body, she slipped out, leaving everything behind apart from a suitcase full of her most treasured belongings. She spent a few months traveling, going from town to town, trying to find a place that would accept her. Eventually, she came across the freak show, and decided that it would be a good place to find some food. While trying to steal some, she was discovered by Snake, who didn't even need to say a word before Orion dropped to the floor crying, begging him not to send her back to her parents. Bob allowed her to stay though, promising her that none of the freaks would send her back.
                          
The other teenager was called Blue, and she had bright blue hair, dark blue horns and black wolf ears and paws. No one knows much about her. She just appeared outside the camp one day, being chased by an angry crowd. They thought she had killed someone while they were out hunting. Bob believed she was innocent though and took her with the show.

                          
Finally, there was Krisim. One of her eyes was a dark brown, while the other was a bright red. Each one was removable and inter changeable. Her dark brown hair had a red streak running through. When she was a young teenager, she had an operation to fix a problem with her yes. Something went wrong however, giving her her ability. She was actually the first Freak to join Bob's show.
                          
After introducing everyone, Bob turned to me. "Well" he asked "Think you'll fit in?". I looked at each of them. At their physical abnormalities, at how close they were standing to each other, and how they looked back at me. If these people with such differing personalities could work together, who says that I can't fit in somewhere? I smiled.
                          
"I think so Bob. I think so"

                          


                          


                          
A/N: Hi guys! ^^ I'm so sorry for not updating for over a week. I had to get up at 6 everyday so that I could get to the unit early. For those who don't know, I attend an Animal based college, and I'm currently taking a course in Animal Management. This means that every once in a while I have to help out with all the animals really early on weekdays then for 5 hours on weekends. This meant that I was just so tired I couldn't focus on writing. Now however, easter break is coming up so I should have more time for writing.
