Dal pushed jamie against the nearest tree immediately attaching his lips to the smaller boy, making his heart feel like it was about to jump out of his chest. jamie reacted almost immediately , their lips moving in sync. Dal was the first one out of the two, to push his tongue into jamie's mouth causing him to involuntarily moan  and his knees to give out. Holding him up, Dal moved his sweet assault down to his neck sucking and nipping at the skin under jamie's ear. Making him shiver.
                          
Dal pulled away.
                          
What was that for? Jamie thought, leaning against the tree a panting mess,while Dal walked ahead of him.
                          
"keep up or you'll get lost" Dal called out from behind his shoulder.
                          
Jamie's P.O.V
                          
I waited a solid 5 minutes for my heartbeat to calm down before i tried to speed walk to catch up with Dal since he was ahead of ome. I was at a slight disadvantage because my stupid legs are short. I hate being short.
                          
When I finally caught up I glanced down at the paper that the teacher had given us to see the first object that we needed to try and find. A Onoclea Sensibilis. ok this should be easy enough I thought to myself. Glancing up at Dal ready to tell him what was on the list I noticed that he seemed to be deep in thought as he looked as if he was just mindlessly walking.
                          
I took this time to glance at his sharp features. His focused face was pretty, i giggled at the thought of Dal being 'pretty' I guess most people would consider him 'handsome' or 'sexy' instead of pretty.
                          
I thought about it for a minute, decided that I was to shy and not wanting to abruptly pull him out of thought i tugged at the end of his shirt trying to obtain his attention.
                          
Nothing.
                          
This time I poked his side hoping that he'd snap out of his thoughts.
                          
Nope.
                          
Frowning a bit I decided that it shouldn't be to hard to find this plant by myself since it is pretty common around here, well at least thats what the paper says. I scoped out the area around us taking in my surroundings to try and familiarize myself with it. Basically it's just a bunch of trees and shrubs everywhere.
                          
As I wandered off deeper into the woods, thinking that Dal would sense that I'm no longer there and wait for me I couldn't help but have the overwhelming feeling that someone was watching me, i shook the thought off. it was probably nothing.
                          
"AH! there you are" I smiled to myself, after about 10 minutes of searching i found it. I placed it safely in my pouch in marked it off the list, proud that I found it all by myself. I turned to tell Dal.
                          
Dal?
                          
He was nowhere in sight. fudge cicles. Slightly panicking at this point I looked around frantically but nope, he wasn't there. What am i gonna do? well actually that should be easy enough i tried to rationalize. I'll just make my way back to the campsite and everything will be fine.
