Alexa and I got ready, and headed over to the theatre after dinner.

"Hi, what's your last name?" The lady working at the box office asked me.

"Fletcher."

She handed me my tickets, we thanked her, and headed down to our seats. As we sat down, I snapped a quick picture of the view from our seats and posted it to Instagram with the caption "Newsies round 2!🗞💖" and immediately, Ben liked it. I was shocked, so I looked in my notifications and saw that Ben and Nick Masson followed me. Wow.

Of course, the show was amazing, and Alexa was crying the whole time.

After the show, we went to the stage door and waited in line with the dozens of fan girls already there. Nick was the first one to come out, and he smiled when he got to us.

"Hey Screamy," he said to Alexa, signing our playbills, almost causing her to faint.

She blushed, "Sorry about that. I get excited easily." We all laughed. He thanked us for coming, and we took some pictures.

Ben was one of the last to come out; I found out from a very eager Josh Burrage that it took him the longest to get ready after every show.

"Hey Lillian!" Ben yelled, engulfing me in a hug, causing me to blush when all of the other guys started hollering and whistling at us, "Sorry about them. They can be pretty embarrassing."

I laughed, noticing that Josh and Alexa were taking pictures of us. "Don't worry about it. My brothers are the same way."

I had 3 older brothers; Luke was 23 and the twins, Shawn and Brett were 21.

"Do you two have any plans tonight?" Ben asked. We shook our heads. "How about a little backstage tour?" He smirked. Alexa screamed, causing Nick to laugh from a couple feet away, and she practically jumped on Ben.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?" She yelled, causing everyone left at the stage door to look at us.

"Of course!" He said enthusiastically, grabbing my hand, "Follow me."

We walked inside, weaving our way through skinny hallways, passed carts of props and doors leading to who-knows-where.

"Hola, Benjamin," a boy with red hair yelled from across the hallway, running over to give him a 'bro hug'. His attitude instantly changed when he saw Alexa and I. "Well hello, ladies." He leaned against the wall, crossing his arms. "I'm Sky."

"I'm Lil-" I started, before getting cut off by Alexa, having another fangirl attack.

"Hi Sky! I'm Alexa I'm a huge fan I love you so much you were prefect tonight and you're such an amazing dancer..." She kept rambling on and on for what felt like hours. I saw Ben wink at Sky, and he grabbed my hand, pulling me down another hallway away from Alexa's non-stop mouth.

"Sorry about her," I laughed nervously. "She loves you guys."

Stopping in front of a door, I noticed that it said "Dressing Room: Male Ensemble." Ben turned the doorknob and creaked it open, making sure there weren't any naked guys in there. When the coast was clear, we stepped inside the room, and a wave of teenage guy cologne hit my nose like a baseball bat.

Because of how much I loved the show, I was star struck. Each guy had his own little station, with their costumes hung up near it, and their newsboy caps hanging off the mirrors. I sat down at Ben's station, and leaned over my shoulder, explaining where all of his little trinkets came from. Most of them were from fansies, except for his newsboy bear and a little Irish good luck charm, which both were from his twin sister, Emma.

"What's your bear's name?" I asked Ben, picking up the bear, a sly smile appearing on my face from the embarrassed look on his.

"Um..." he fidgeted with his fingers, "Sparkles."

I tried to contain my laughter, but I couldn't. "I'm so sorry." I managed to choke out.

"Come on," he said laughing, "we have to be out of here in 20 minutes."

Completely forgetting about Alexa, I followed Ben up some stairs and through more narrow hallways.

"Close your eyes."

I covered my eyes, and he lead me up 3 flights of short stairs, one hand on my back the whole time.

"Ok. Open them."

My hands uncovered my eyes and I gasped, causing Ben to stifle a chuckle behind me. We were on top of the towers, looking out into the vast emptiness of the theatre. This view was the most amazing thing I've ever seen.

"Holy sh*t..." I said slowly, tears slowly springing to my eyes, "It's so beautiful from up here."

Ben put his hands around my waist, and rested his head on my shoulder in the crook of my neck, sending chills up my spine. I really was falling for this kid.

"It's amazing isn't it?" he whispered.

Completely in awe, I nodded. Turning me around, Ben kept his hands on my waist, and leaned my back against the railing of the towers.

Oh my god. We're gonna kiss. My heart started to beat faster and I could fell my hands get clammy.

He looked down at my lips and back up at my eyes again, making my knees go weak. I leaned in, neither of us breaking eye contact. He closed his eyes; I did the same, and I could feel his face less than an inch away.

The whole tower shook, followed by footsteps running up the stairs to where we were, ruining everything that was going on. Ben sighed, placing his forehead against mine. "I'm going to kill them."

I laughed, kissing his cheek. Of course I'm disappointed; I want to kiss him so badly, but I guess there's a right time for everything.
