Chapter 3: First encounter

                                    

                                          

    One fine day, when I was ending my classes for the day and prepared to go home with Nicholas, I took out my phone to play games (duh) when walking to the school porch to wait for Nicholas. Nicholas and I have different classes except for chemistry. 
   As I was playing games, a hot guy was walking in the same direction, also was playing with his phone. 
So we bumped into each other and our phones collided. 
"woah!!!"
"Are you okay?"
"Yep"
I got up while holding on to his hands. 
"Thank you"
"You're welcome"
  We just smiled at each other as we were quite awkward with each other. 
"Amber, it is time to go home"
  Nicholas was standing at his car and waiting for me to go over.
"Bye,hope to see you again"
Then I walked towards Nicholas and got into his car. 
"Who was that, your secret admirer?"
"Nope, it is just someone in the school."
  I took out my phone again and wanted to play games but to find out that this was not my phone, it did not have a familiar feel to it. I switched on the phone and saw the home screen.
   It was that hot guy's phone that I bumped into, by earlier. By human nature, I wanted to know what is in his phone. Before I could do that, the phone rang and saw a familiar number on top. 
  It was my number!! I picked up the call right away.
  "Hello..."
  "Hi, are you the girl I met just now?"
  " Ya, it's me"
  " You probably know what's going on right?"
  "Yeah... "
  "So you wanna meet up to return our phones?"
  "Sure, where do you want to meet?"
  "3pm tomorrow at the basketball court"
"Deal"
   I ended the call just like that, unknowingly I continued to communicate with him through messaging. With that, I know that he was called Leo Jung , also known as the quiet hot guy at school, which I asked Nicholas about it. 
  Leo actually has 2 classes with me, maths and history and is a well known basketball player in school which makes sense why he was so popular in school.
   The next day, in the basketball court, I was looking for Leo anxiously. Maybe it is because I was missing my phone so much or something else. 
  A few minutes later, someone appeared behind me. It was Leo. 
"Amber, your phone"
"Oh thank you so much, time to reunite with my phone again,bye"
  I was walking of the room when he called me back again.
"I just wanted to tell you that I helped to fix your phone. I noticed that your phone was a bit faulty"
"Wow, thank you again.. "
  "I also wanted to treat you to a meal for making such good friend like you, Amber"
"Me.., as your friend?"
"Yea, even though we only met yesterday"
"Ok, where do you want to meet?"
"I will pick you up, text me the address. I need to go back to practice "
  He waved at me with such a charming smile, I waved back at him.
