Toshiro's POV: I've been trapped in the human world for a while now. When I tag along with the Kurosaki family outside I see many girls squealing and buying loads of chocolate. I still don't know why. I decided to ask some girls at the school I'm going to in this world and asked some of my classmates. The female members all squeal and ask if I want chocolates and all the males ask if I want to brag about something. "I still don't get it! What is this all about?" I shouted slamming my head on to my desk. "Having trouble with something?" I life my head. It was Yuzu. "Hi Yuzu. Yeah, everyone is acting weird. I've been seeing people buying chocolate, squealing and others being grumpy and betting on things." See looked at me with a face I've seen way too many times.
                          
Yuzu's POV: I can't believe Shiro-chan hasn't heard of Valentines Day before. I had a fan-girling face on as I explained to him what it was. "There is a holiday coming up called Valentine's Day. Its a day when girls give chocolate to a boy they like!" I just kept smiling. He put a hand to his hand. "So girls are excited to give boys chocolate... That's ... interesting." 
                          
Toshiro's POV: So girls will bring boys chocolate on this day. That seemed fun. Yuzu kept on looking at me funny though. I decided to just walk towards my class, but Yuzu said something I wasn't expecting. "Are you expecting chocolate from Karin?" I froze in my tracks. I slowly turned my head towards her. I felt my cheeks heat up. Why? I don't know myself. Whenever I hear her name my face felt hot. I told Yuzu that I did NOT expect her to give me chocolate. I don't think Yuzu heard me because she just kept giggling. "Why don't you just ask her?" She shouted. I just walked away from her. As I was walking to my classroom, I couldn't get that out of my mind. Every time I looked at a female similar to Karin, I could feel my cheeks heat up. I got to class and my teacher began the lesson. I didn't pay much attention to what was being taught. Why did I care so much for a stupid holiday? 
*time ship to after school*
I was at my locker changing my shoes and putting in my cost when I felt a strong force hit me from behind. I look back to see the very girl I was thinking of the entire day. "Hi Toshiro, want to walk home together?" I nodded and we both were on our way to the Kurosaki Clinic. On the way there I kept looking at stores with chocolate displayed on their display windows. I tried not to look too obvious that I was starting at them. Then I decided to ask her about about Valentine's Day. "Karin, can I ask you something?'
                          
Karin's POV: I stopped and turned to face Toshiro. I looked at him and his face turned a pale pink. Was something wrong? It's not like him to be like this. " I just wanted to know if you would give m-" be got cut off by a tug on both our coats. We both look down to see a young girl with light blonde hair. "Can you help me find my mommy and daddy?"
                          
Third person POV: Toshiro gets interrupted by a young girl. "Can you help me find my mommy and daddy?" She asked. Karin looks at Toshiro. "Of course we will." Karin replied. Toshiro looks at Karin. She doesn't say anything but he knows what she's going to do. She took out her phone and called her dad. She told him that she'd be home late and that if anyone asked if need seen their daughter to call her. She then introduced herself as Alice. 
                          
Toshiro's POV: We began walking around asking if anyone recognized the little girl. We finally meet someone who replied with directions to where they saw her parents last. "I really like you Karin-chan and To-chan." She exclaimed. "Why is that Alice?" I asked her. " You both remind me of mommy and daddy. You're both really close " I felt heat on my face. "A- Alice were not close. We're just friends. Acquaintances really." I said to her. I felt bad when I said that to her. I looked at Karin but she didn't seem to care what I said. We began walking around looking for hey parents when Karin brought up a question. "Hey Toshiro." I looked at her. "What am I to you?"
