NO FAIR!!! Lucinda tried to confiscate my star!! RUDE!!! Anyway, on a more important note---- GAHH EMMA KISSED MY CHEEK!!! Sorry, Ember 😉She is SOOO cute! Almost as much as me 😏 If only she did it more often. Now, I am pretty sure that after that, I went to go hang with Merci since I told Ember I'd leave her alone if she came with me... I felt kind of sad. I don't want to leave Ember but I don't want to be a liar either.
When I went to Merci, she was a bit, er, busy. I swear, I never saw her face as red as the moment I walked into her make out session with Steel. So you know, there was only one thing I could do. I looked at the door and sighed. I headed to the door and looked back at them. I closed the door and--- HA HA! You thought I was leaving! I ran back through the door and sang at the top of my lungs, "🎶I chime in with a haven't you people ever heard of, closing the goddam door-- NO! Much better to fave these kinds of things, with a sense of poise and rationality!🎶"
The next thing I remember is Merci completely pale and Steel bursting into laughter at my opportunity to sing 'I write sins not tragedies'. Merci's eye was twitching. "Did you have to?" She mumbled face burning red as Steel died on the floor of laughter.
I nodded while smiling. But then Merci tilted her head. "Who's that at the door?"
I looked at the door and saw a head move quickly. "Should we follow it?"
Merci slightly whimpered. "I'll pass.."
"You okay, Merci?" I asked softly.
"D-do you think whoever that was also saw Steel and I?" She stuttered going red again.
I noticed soon Steel blush slightly and he tried to hide it with a grunt. I said, "I'll go see who that is. Stay here."
I ran to the door and saw the person already running away near the corner. Whoever it was had on a brown sweater which totally didn't match the green shoes. I tracked the person down and ran after them. I didn't realize that I ran past Ember on my way after the person. But she must have noticed because she joined me on the chase.
"What's going on?!" She asked me as she ran by me.
"Someone's been spying on my friends." I said gritting my teeth not realizing how angry I must have sounded to her. We chased the person down to a dead end hallway that no one ever went to. The person was against a wall. I grabbed the person's collar. The hood hide their face.
Ember stood behind me ready to fight. "Why are you spying on my friends?!" I demanded.
The person giggled. I saw the smirk. She pulled off her hood and exposed her beautiful greenish aqua long wavy hair. Her hair matched her eye colors. She was gorgeous head to toe. Although the clothes didn't match, I admit she was drop dead gorgeous from her pale smooth skin, confident smirk, hypnotizing eyes, body shape, dimples, cheeks--- everything. I was frozen for a while and my eyes were wide as she giggled. I mumbled and tried to ignore her beauty. "What do you want?"
Her black pants twisted with the motion of her legs. Her green shoes turned black along with her sweater. "Shh. If you must know who I am, Sparrow Oaken as your service." She smiled, slightly smirking.
I hope I wasn't drooling. I felt Ember pull me back. She seemed angry and annoyed. Something bothered her. "We don't need any more trouble. Leave. Now."
She shrugged innocently. "Jealous?" She said smiling.
I looked at Ember who got angrier. "Of what?"
"That I'm obviously prettier." She said.
Ember cursed, "leave."
Sparrow shrugged. "As you wish." She kissed my cheek and vanished. I was surprised and I Ember get angry at that too.
I was mumbling quietly. "We gotta tell Professor Féroce."
Ember nodded slightly. She wouldn't speak. I didn't understand why. We soon got to Professor Féroce's room who began to dismiss her students when we arrived. She faced us. "May I help you?"
"Um, there was a girl who isn't a student in here." I said since I knew Ember didn't want to talk.
"Hm. How did she look?"
"She was a bit shorter than me. Greenish aqua hair and eyes, pale smooth skin, dimples. She had bad taste in clothes." I don't, I found that last one very necessary to say. 💢
Professor Féroce actually stiffened and got uncomfortable. "Did she give you a name?"
Ember stepped in at last. "Sparrow. Sparrow Oaken."
"HER?! YOU RAN INTO OAKEN?!" She was surprised which wasn't her character.
"Yeah, why?" I responded.
"Don't you know who she is?" Professor Féroce muttered annoyed at my ignorance.
"Nope. Nada." I shrugged.
"She's a legendary assassin who loves to mess with our students. Almost as bad as Blizzard.. Sparrow is a talented assassin, but nobody knows her skill. She's very good at hiding it. Did she tell you what she wanted?"
I shook my head. "I only caught her spying on my friends."
"Hm.. She probably won't come back for a couple months. Thank you for reporting this. Do not tell anyone about this. Understood?"
Ember and I nodded. "Yes, Professor."
We walked out and the first thing I do, obvious! I told Merci and Steel as Ember stared at me dumbfoundedly.
"THE FIRST THING SHE SAID WAS TO NOT TELL ANYONE!"
I shrugged. "Not a teacher's pet."
"That was really Sparrow Oaken?" Merci asked surprised.
"Who?" Steel asked looking extremely confused.
"A legend.. She's a strong... pain in the ass." Ember muttered.
I raised an eyebrow but payed not attention to it. "This has to stay secret."
Merci nodded. "Okay."
Steel held her hand and smiled. "Alright."
We all looked at Ember and waited for an answer. "Fine. Whatever."
