A blank face was what Jadrianne had after hearing the last sentence. He's definitely a sadist. Jadrianne confirmed.
She sighed and crumbled the plastic from her bread. "That's nice but that's not exactly what I meant by what you know about the guy." Fay looked at her in confusion before snapping her fingers in realization. "Oh yeah, there's another thing I heard about him."
As long as I don't have to endure more fangirling about the guy. I doubt he even knows what goes on in these girls' minds. She mentally chuckled at the thought.
"Um, I heard that he's been acting all snappy and easily pissed off is because he had some family troubles. He has a younger brother who's a sophomore in Newton High, but he ended up here in Skylar High." The girl explained.
"Hmm, does he always have that PMS attitude since before?" Jadrianne asked being blunt as ever.
Fay tugged her pink lip glossed lips to the side and shook her head, "Uh, I don't think so but I know some kids who used to go to the same middle school as he did. They said that he wasn't who he was now back then."
I heard that one before. She reminisced the time she closed her locker to loudly than usual.
Jadrianne swung her leg to rest on the other until Fay gasped and turned to Jadrianne, "Wait a minute, I also heard that you're not into guys at all, but here you are asking about a guy." She waved her hands in excitement. "Plus, you're asking about Nathan 'Demon' Howland."
Jadrianne only stared at her blankly. "Oh my gosh, are you two like, dating?" Fay voiced as she bounced in her seat making her light brown hair that was in a ponytail bounce along.
Without a word, Jadrianne got up which resulted in the chair to make a screeching sound. She brought the plastic packaging with her. Fay was startled by the sudden action. Jadrianne walked past her to head for the door with an unreadable expression on her face.
"No, we aren't. Dating is just too much of a hassle." Was the last thing she said before closing the door behind her leaving poor Fay confused.

"I can't believe she's here again," Nathan grumbled as he pressed his head against the bar counter. It's the second time Jadrianne had come over to the coffee shop. Well, the first time she came was only to save Nathan.
For today, he wore one of the three sets of uniform which was a long-sleeved spread collar button-up shirt which he folded up to his elbows with a black vest over it and it was buttoned. He wore a pair of black sleek trousers which made him look taller than he already was and a pair of black oxford shoes.
Jadrianne was eating a mango-flavoured bingsu. Nathan was getting a headache after knowing the weird girl would just come over to the coffee shop any time she wanted now. He couldn't ban her since he has to be on 'good behaviour' in working mode, according to his manager.
Speak of the devil, Manager Enrique placed his hand on Nathan's shoulder. "Hey, Nate. That girl is here again. She either likes our food or likes mi guapo muchacho." He teased as he wiggled his eyebrows. Nathan looked at him and grunted, "Please, no, señor. She's bugged me enough in school. I don't need my manager to bug me about her."
Just then, hard smack on Nathan's back made him choke in shock. "Ohhh my hermano! You are a very sly el mozo, aren't you?" Manager Enrique teased as he smirked at his staff. Nathan looked at him with an utterly confused expression. "Huh?"
"You've got a muy hermosura sticking around. Plus, I don't think she's just bugging you for no reason, chico." Enrique stated as he nudged his young staff.
At that moment, the rest of the staff started popping up from the kitchen window where they place the food out for the waiters to take and serve.
"Ah! Don't play dumb, Nate. You just want her all to yourself, right?"
"What? No. I-"
"You lucky ass, you. How did ya get a beauty like that anyways?"
"Hold up! She's not-." Nathan tried to stop them.
"Plus, she's the definition of 'cool yet hot'. I mean, did you saw how she just swooped in out of nowhere and saved him? She can definitely save my ass anytime if I was weak and-."
BANG!
The staff jumped at the sudden sound as they saw Nathan's fist shaking against the counter. Weak? I am not weak! And there's no way I would admit defeat with a mere girl. He thought as he felt the irritation rise in him. He glared at the staff.
"Please. No more questions." It wasn't a request but a threat which was immediately obliged by the rest of the staff before they scurried off to continue their work.
Manager Enrique was a bit frozen but regained his posture and laughed awkwardly. "Umm, Nate. Sorry about all that." He patted Nathan's shoulder. Nathan sighed and shook his head. "No, I'm sorry to suddenly snap." He apologetically bowed.
"But you know, she's been staring at you whenever you're not looking." Manager Enrique grinned like a Cheshire cat. Nathan grumbled showing he was displeased but ignored the curious intent behind it. "She's a weird stalker, that's why."
Manager Enrique shook his head. "Not really. It looks as if she was looking out for you."
Badump. (A/N: I'm sorry, I love doing this.)
Nathan felt his heart do it again, but he brushed it off. Gah, I'm not some sappy little girl. What the hell?
"I mean, you did accidentally slip a few plates here and there when picking up the leftovers." Manager Enrique said a dark expression washed over him as he stared at Nathan. "Eh, sorry." Nathan apologized while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Está bien," Manager Enrique laughed as if he didn't look like he was threatening Nathan at all. "Well, I just have to say that it's nice having someone look out for you." He said before walking off to his duties.
Nathan blinked in confusion and grumbled, "Pfft, yeah. As if a stalker like her would care to look out for me." He snickered until he accidentally moved his eyes in her direction. It was then their eyes were locked when it made eye contact.
Enrique's words rang as Nathan felt his skin burn when he saw the curious look in her emerald eyes. He quickly turned away as he lifted his hand to his mouth as if to cover his burning red face.
"She's just a weird stalker who picks on me for fun. There's no way she'd ever be worried for me." He grumbled to himself before walking off to finish his duties. "She's only a hassle."

After 4 years ever since I paused writing this story, the most important lesson as a reader myself is that the writers write of course for the fans' enjoyment, but writers are readers themselves.
I've learned to approach other stories differently. Late updates? Okay. Not writing the way the readers wished? It's fine. The plot didn't turn as you thought it would? It happens.
Just remember that when you comment, remember the writer may just be someone who writes as a way of an escape or is just a young kid jumping into a new adventure. Be fair, guys.
Oh, I'm not dissing anyone here. Just what I revel in these past few years. Thank you for those who gave constructive criticism with the story. Don't think I don't read them.
