Finn: When he senses danger he holds your hand to your objection of course but he thinks it will keep you safer.
Poe: Basically anytime, whether you two are just walking around base or on a mission.
Kylo: When he gets jealous. Kylo gets jealous of others a lot so he holds your hand almost all the time.
Hux: He doesn't like to show affection around others so he'll hold your hand when you're in private.
