Micah’s POV:
I watched as he laid there his cheek snuggled against the pillow. The way his hair curled against his forehead made him look like a five year old. I would miss this. I couldn’t wait to be rid of this town and have Declan to myself. With the help of my Uncle Cecil I was able to secure one of ten two bedroom apartments on State Campus for us. I didn’t tell Declan because I wanted it to be a surprise. Now I would never get the chance to tell him. We would never wake in each other’s arms and whisper ‘I Love You’ in the mist of dawn. I would never get the chance to have the future with him that I’d been dreaming of.
Ever since I’d seen on the news about the same sex marriages becoming legal in New York I’ve been giving living there a lot of thought. Then that night I told Declan how I truly felt I knew that’s where I wanted to go. I started looking for apartments and condos… safe from Killer Todd’s and Bitchy Katlin’s. Some place where we could raise our family… a place we could call home. I had everything within my grasp. Everything that I’ve ever wanted in my life was right here with Declan… and now because of her I had to hurt the one person I’ve dreamt of being with. Because of her I had to forsake my happy ending for her selfish ego.
“Wow… you’re in deep thought early in the morning.” Declan said stretching his arms upward. Pushing up on the pillows he crossed his arms over his smooth chest.
“Yeah… I was trying to decide if I wanted to kiss you awake or kiss you awake.” Grinning Declan chuckled.
“Next time go with your first thought. You’ll miss out every time you over think it.” Leaning over him I let my lips brush across his. Pulling back some I smiled.
“You know I love you but go brush your teeth.” Sticking his tongue out Declan climbed from the bed and padded his way over to the bathroom. The soft light drifting in from the sun bathed his skin in a golden sparkle.
“So what is on the agenda today?” He called back from the bathroom. Standing I searched through my suitcase until I found a pair of shorts.
“Well… what would you like to do? There’s swimming, surfing, hiking, shopping, dancing, sight-seeing… oh there’s this little—“I turned around to see Declan in all his glory. Not so little Declan was standing hard and proud in the morning light. I could hear the soft buzz of Barry and from the look on his face I could tell it wasn’t enough.
“All of that sounded awesome but… I have a different plan.” He said making his way to the bed. I watched as he climbed onto and through the mounds of covers. Arching his back his ass rose in the air stretching the muscles under his skin.
“What would that be?” I asked my voice cracking a bit. Why did he have to look so fucking delicious?
“We’ve been away from each other for some time. I know I’m about to go crazy if I don’t get my hands on you… so I propose we don’t go swimming. We leave the surfing to the professionals. Hiking is for nature freaks. Shopping is for girls. The only dancing I want to do is the kind where I’m on my back and the only sight I want to see is your bit drilling my ass… okay?” While Declan proposed his plan to me he slowly pulled Barry out then pushed him back in with one hand. I watched as his body trembled from the feel of it.
“How long do you want to do that for?” I asked shucking off the shorts I’d just put on.
“How long can you keep it up?” He asked pushing Barry back inside of him. Taking a few steps I jumped on the bed and took charge of Barry. Pushing him in hard I watched Declan’s arms collapse as he fall forward into the bed.
