Josh got out of the room, his mind muzzled by what he had heard. Arizona had told him the truth but the truth was a mountain of pain. Sometimes truths are like that, they bring unfathomable agony with them. Josh looked around him, he was standing in the lobby; he walked towards Dahlia's room.
He peeked inside; no one was there except for Dahlia. He walked in and closed the door behind him. She looked at him but didn't say a word. He sat beside her and started speaking,
"Arizona just told me that she killed Lily, and I thought you killed her all this time. I am sorry, but I don't know what to do. I love her so much that I really want to forget all this. But how do I do it? Why did it have to be so complicated?"
"It's not." – Dahlia finally spoke
"How?" – He asked
"Love. This single word has the power, because this single word was what made Arizona turn away from her assassinating job. This single word which Lily spread so much, because killing Lily was the hardest thing Arizona had to do in her life. It wasn't easy for her and Lily made me promise to never tell anyone the name of her killer." – Dahlia said
"You knew?" – He asked completely shocked
"I knew the name, I didn't know the face. But what I do know is that Arizona loves you with all her being and still she told you the truth; even a truth as devastating as it is because she doesn't want to keep you in the dark, because she wants you to love her the way she is; a broken mess who has made a lot of mistakes." – She said
"So I should just forgive her then?" – He asked
"I am not the one who should be telling you what to do; it is you who should decide." – She replied
"Thank you." – He said and got up and she smiled
He turned around and left, she watched him leaving one last time as she closed her eyes and whispered to herself,
"I will always love you, Josh."

Josh entered Arizona's room, she looked at him teary eyed and he walked forward and hugged her. She was completely surprised by this as she hugged him back; tears started welling up in her eyes again.
"I am sorry, Josh." – She said and he just held her, not saying a thing
She broke the hug and looked at him; he was just looking straight into her eyes, silent.
"I love you." – Finally he spoke
Tears started streaming down her face as she hugged him again and said,
"I love you too, Josh."
Josh kissed her and she returned it, the passion igniting
"Ehm ehm." – Dr. Pruitt cleared her throat and they both broke the kiss smiling
"Sorry for the intrusion, but I have got some good news." – Dr. Pruitt said
"What?" – Josh asked
"We found a donor, and she specifically signed to donate her lungs to Arizona." – Dr. Pruitt replied smiling
"WHAT?" – Arizona almost shouted in shock
Josh looked at the doctor and said,
"What is the donor's name?"
Dr. Pruitt looked at him and said,
"Dahlia Hayes."
Josh's eyes widened in shock and it wasn't just Josh who was shocked, Arizona's condition was no better. She looked at Josh but he was in another world, did that mean that Dahlia was dead?
"Are you guys not happy?" – Dr. Pruitt asked, completely confused
Arizona looked at Dr. Pruitt and asked,
"Is Dahlia dead?"
"Yes, she just died. That's why I am here to inform you so that we could get ready for the transplant." – Dr. Pruitt replied
"Josh?" – Arizona looked at Josh and said but he didn't reply
"Josh." – She said again and finally he looked at her
"What should I do?" – Arizona asked
"What?" – He asked confused
"I said, what should I do." – She replied
"Get ready for the transplant." – He replied and got up
"Doctor, can I see her?" – Josh asked and Arizona looked at him
"Ofcourse."
"I will see you after surgery." – He kissed Arizona and left

Arizona looked at his leaving figure and she thought to herself,
"Yes, I will see you if I survive; but I don't make any promises."
Josh got out of the room and went straight to Dahlia's room, but she was not there. Seth was inside, staring at the wall.
"Hey Josh." – Seth said
"Where is Dahlia?" – Josh asked
"They took her; the organs had to be removed now. You know she donated everything; by the time they are done with her, there will only be a hollow skinless body to bury." – Seth replied his voice breaking
Josh looked down at the ground and said,
"I am sorry."
Seth looked up at him and said,
"Don't be. It was just like her, to do everything she wanted to do. She donated her lungs to Arizona, right?" – Seth said and Josh nodded in approval
"Take care of Arizona, Josh. Don't make the mistakes I made with Dahlia, now I have lost her."
Saying this Seth left the room and Josh was left standing in an empty room, memories flashing through his mind like a projector.
