Bittersweet (Takao x reader)

                                    

                                          
I know this might be a little cliché, but this time it's based on my personal experience. My first love was taken by an imbecile and he broke my heart. Heh. Funny. Ah! Sorry, I got carried away.. then without further ado, let's start! ^w^
Warning, immense feels throughout the whole story! Don't read if you don't want to cry. 
                          
It was one situation you had never expected yourself to be in. It was only a few months after entering middle school, and you already fell for someone in your school. 
                          
Kazunari Takao. That was his name. A name that could make you swoon in mere seconds, with your classmates teasing you all the more. 
                          
You happened to meet him a few months prior to the new school year. His mother owned a tailoring shop, and you had your new school uniform tailored at his place. 
                          
" Kazunari! Come down here and meet your classmate in your new middle school! " His mother yelled, after giving measurements for your uniform. 
                          
" Okay, mom. " A male voice yelled back, as he lazily walked down. 
                          
He had a pair of amber eyes that looked smart, his slick, black hair stroked backwards, leaving several strands on his face. He grinned at you, extending his hand.
                          
" The name's Takao Kazunari. Nice to meet ya'! " He flashed his pearl white teeth at you. 
                          
" (L/n). (L/n) (F/n). " You replied wit h a stoic expression, shaking his hand. You immediately considered him as your rival.
                          
That was your first meeting. At the beginning of the school year, he showed excellent academic perfomances in school (I made it up okay?), as well as in sports. It made you feel even more challenged, as you worked even harder to best him. It was from then on, you found yourself falling hard for the raven-haired male. 
                          
You started digging out all information about him, even to the point of stalking him in social medias, and managed to find some interesting information about him. Well, that much is expected from a professional stalker like you

Soon enough, your classmates started teasing you, knowing that you had a crush on Takao. They even wrote some things about you and Takao on the class' board. 
                          
" Hey look, (F/n)! Are you really crushing on Takao-kun? " one of your friends asked. 
                          
" No! Of course not! I mean, why would I? " you were flustered, and quickly erased the writings that spelled " Takao and (F/n) ", and had a heart around it. Even though you acted angry, you were actually floating on cloud nine inside your head. 
                          
Takao merely scoffed, and ignored the writings. It's as if he didn't even care about them, and continued to talk to (male/best/friend's/name).
                          
Months continued to pass. You finally managed to get Takao's cell number, and texted him.
                          
(F/n): Hi
                          
You sent the message to Takao, and waited until you phone vibrated, eagerly checking the mail box.
                          
Takao: Hey, (L/n)-san! 
                          
(F/n): What are you doing right now, Takao-kun? 
                          
Takao: Oh, me? I'm playing some video games! 
                          
(F/n): Hee, are they really that fun? 
                          
You quickly replied, squealing in excitement. 
                          
Takao: It's fun you know! You should try playing it too! 
                          
That was how your daily conversation went on with Takao. You even wrote a diary about him, as it was also a part of the grades and assignment in your english class.
