{exactly one month since the news about america- two am, seoul, korea}
areum and nari sat stood in front of the seven boys silently staring, unsure of how to say goodbye. they had already said good bye to their parents and other friends. but for whatever reason it wasn't the same with the seven boys.
"i'll see you in a month." jungkook as the first to speak hugging areum tightly and she hugged back just as tight burying her head in his chest.
"see you in a month." she whispered and they stayed like that for a while. then jungkook hugged nari goodbye.
"i'll miss you..." taehyung spoke slowly his hands stuffed in his pocket and areum hugged him awkwardly.
"so will i." she smiled, her head in his chest
and this went on for few minutes. each boy taking turns hugging a girl goodbye and it was hard to let go from each of them. especially for areum who had become so attached to every single one of these boys. they were also going to america except they were training in two different locations. bangtan would go to some dance school in new york city and the still nameless duo were going to a dance school in los angeles.
before long it was time for the girls to leave. jungkook hugged areum one last time.
"have fun in america babo." he whispered, his mouth close to her ear and iit sent shivers down her spine and a made her stomach knot.
"you too jungcock. don't get kidnapped or i'll kick you."
and with that nari dragged areum away.

{los angeles, california}
the girls slept most of the way there so jet lag wouldn't hit them so hard. they got to their dorm/apartment at around four in the afternoon. they had been stuck in traffic for so long the girls were tired of sitting. they had three days to settle in. the girls decided to rest today and then unpack and then go sight seeing the other two days.
"i already miss them." areum sighed and plopped on the couch despite her wanting to use her legs.
"i miss my friends too..." she sighed and plopped next to her. areum never met her other friends but they were other trainees she had had sessions with and such. for some reason areums sessions were always with bangtan, nari, or alone so she never had time to make other friends. in fact she and jungkook had been friends since they were around fifteen, she did her first year at big hit with him and a few other trainees who had later moved on to jyp to become big stars. that was the reason they were so close.
"unnie... do you think that we need a third member?" areum asked nervously, needing another meant they weren't good enough by themselves because the plan for areum since she signed with big hit was that she was to be part of a duo unless stated otherwise.
nari sighed not knowing what to answer. "maybe that's what they were trying to avoid by sending us here. we wouldn't need a third member if our skills were a bit stronger." nari answered carefully
"so we need to make our skills stronger?" she asked but it was more of a goal she was setting for herself
"in their eyes."

{back in korea}
"what time is our flight leaving?" yoongi asked setting his luggage by the door
"uhh-" taehyung was about to answer
"eight pm meaning we'll be in america by eight thirty or so." seokjin answered him with a smile
bangtan was also going to america and they had a surprise for the girls who had left that day early in the morning. especially two of them out of the group. one was an anxious mess at his thoughts and the other was cool as a cucumber (on the outside). that's beside the point though because they both had a million thoughts and questions running through their head. one of the boys had no idea how anything was going to work and the other had everything perfectly planned out.
but for now both of them (as long as the rest of the group) just had to get to the airport in time.
