Chapter 15

                                    

                                          
Liam's POV
                          
I heard the front door opening and banging shut. I only sigh because I know Louis is mad.
                          
Alyssa's sitting in my lap sleeping away which is good after what happened. She's so vulnerable at times and it scares me.
                          
I know I was against this whole idea of him adopting but I've taking s liking into her. I'm glad we didn't pick that other girl, whatever her name was.
                          
After a while of thinking I finally managed to go to sleep.
                          
Alyssa's POV
                          
I woke up in the middle of the night to hear the door slamming. I hate being a light sleeper.
                          
I heard things moving or dropping and I started getting scared.
                          
I tried to wake Liam but it was hard. He's a really heavy sleeper apparently.
                          
"Liam!" I say and he shoots up almost hitting me in the face. "What's wrong?!" He asks worried.
                          
"Someone's downstairs." I say whimpering because I'm pretty sure I heard something broke. "Okay. Go to one of the boys room. I'll go check it out." I nod my head and walk out the door with Liam behind me with a bat.
                          
I walk into Harry's room. And turn the lights on. He groans and sits up. "Alyssa? Is that you?" He asks. "Ye-ah." I say while stuttering.
                          
"What's wrong?" "Someone's downstairs and Liam went to handle it. So he told me to go to one of your rooms." I say. He nods and walk out of the room going somewhere.
                          
He comes back in a few minutes later. "It's just Louis. He's drunk. I'm going to go help Liam. Go to Zayn's room. I nod my head and walk to Zayn's room. I open the door and sigh. 
                          
I finally notice he's awake on his phone. I swear he's always on that thing. Once he notices I'm finally there he motions do time to come over to him.
                          
When I make it to him he wraps his arms around me and cuddles me while still on his phone. He finally gets off his phone and tries to sing me back to sleep. In the beginning it wasn't working.
                          
"Zayn it's not working. I can't fall back asleep." I say and flinch when I hear something breaking from downstairs. "Just clear your mind. Don't think about anything and close your eyes." He says then kisses my forehead.
                          
He starts singing again and I'm finally able to fall asleep.
