"YOU DID WHAT?!"

I heard Bella let out a cry frustration. Shouldn't I be the one getting worked up? Trust me, I wasn't very happy with myself right now, but I sure as heck was not crawling back to him. That would be so joke worthy.

You can call it anything you want. That I was being an idiot. Stupid. Bitchy. Ungrateful.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to overreact, I mean look at you," Bella said finally. "You look like Shrek puked on you."

"Um..thanks?"

"Are you okay?" she asked.

"I was really going to wait till the end of the year," I said, "like you suggested. I felt so bad though, and I was already in a bad mood. I felt like I was using him."

"Why would you think that?" Bella asked, giving me a confused look. I realized I had never told her much about my mission for Dumbledore.

"No reason really," I said. "Now that I think back on it, it seems really stupid."

"I would say so," she replied. "Are you sure about this? I could go and talk to him. Or you could..?"

"I want to go back to him, to be honest," I said. "But I'll give him some time. I mean, this is what I wanted. To take a break. Now I'm taking one."

"This is stupid," Bella said after a moment of silence. "All this pretending you two do. Keeping things from each other. When are you going to tell him that yo-"

"We aren't together anymore, so it doesn't matter," I said quickly. "I don't want to talk about that."

"Bella, I think it's fine to tell him that you lied to him," she replied. "You guys can still be friends."

"Just friends don't talk about sex issues three hours after breaking up," I said.

"It's not an issue!" Bella exclaimed. "Besides it wasn't your fault."

"I still think it is," I replied. "Can we talk about something else?"

"I don't get why you won't just face it," she said with a sigh, "but okay."

"Besides," I said, sniffling, "I still need to talk to Damon. I'd hate for us to both be heart broken at the same time." I wiped my eyes with the back of my hand.

"Okay, but one more question," Bella said and she paused.

"Yes?"

"What about your brother?" she asked. Damn. I had forgotten about him. He'll be furious, thinking that Draco broke up with me or cheated on me or taken advantage of me.

"I'll just tell him the truth," I replied, "that I broke it off."

"He'll be happy," Bella muttered.

"I'm more worried about him taking it the wrong way," I said. "I don't want him to kill Draco."

"He's wanted to since his first year here," she replied. I gave her a small smile just as my stomach grumbled.

"I'm hungry," I stated. I stood up and walked over to my trunk. Yes, I was in pajamas. Don't judge, I wasn't in a good enough mood to put clothes on. Now I had to though.

I grabbed a bright yellow shirt with sleeves that came 3/4 the way down my arm. I also pulled on a pair of jean shorts, a brown belt, and some yellow flip flops. I added a golden bracelet and watch and threw my hair up into a messy bun. I fixed my mascara and eyeshadow and put some blush on.

I turned to Bella.

"I look decent?" I asked.

"You look perfect, as usual," she replied, smiling.
