"Wait you did what to Nate!" Jessica screamed into the phone in horror.
"I kissed him!" I whine.
"Lele he is our boss!" Jess says shocked.
"Not for long, so why not?" I try to reason with her.
"Still our boss until I get back!" Jess whines.
"You never told me he was a sexy beast who loves black women!" I cast the blame on her once more laughing at myself.
"That doesn't mean you hit on him!" Jess laughs.
"His mother started it!" I say still innocent. Hell, I am the innocent one.
"That doesn't mean you go with it and kiss him." Jess says laughing even harder.
"He started it I was being professional." I snap giggling as I finish up my pre-workout shake.
"I'm sure you were! How are you liking the big M?" Jess asks.
"So far I'm liking it." I reply as my mind drifts off to thoughts of Nathan.
"Did you sleep with our BOSS?" Jess asks out of the blue.
"Oh my god no, girl you know I ain't no nasty hoe." I gasp, shocked.
"Well you are a little too happy over there?! Tell me everything!" Jess replied.
After giving Jess the run down I jumped off the treadmill and headed to the shower to get dressed for work.
When I arrived there where whispers around the office and I knew that Nat- I mean Mr. Strong was here bright and early yet again. Since he didn't drink coffee, I didn't bother to go get him any. Taking my seat, I dug into the pile of files that needed to be entered into the system. Around nine I heard Mr. Strong exiting his office but I didn't say anything nor did I look up.
I smile softly when he takes a deep breath and says, "damn those legs."
Quickly walking off he heads to the meeting room. A short while later I stand to greet the board members and lead them to the meeting room. As soon as he saw me Mr. Strong's eyes light up and a smile took over his face.
"Do you gentlemen and ladies need anything?" I ask breathing our eye contact once everyone is seated. Glad that they all wanted water I go to the break room and get 11 waters and a cup of tea for Mr. Difficult.
Placing my MacBook Pro on the table, I take my seat beside him and prepare to listen carefully so that I can write everything down.
By the time the meeting was over it was lunch time. Everyone including Mr. Strong rushed off to lunch and I was the last one to leave the conference room. After calling the janitors to come sanitize everything for the next meeting which was after lunch. I rush to my desk and grab my lunch box sitting at my desk I work through lunch and Mr. Strong is back.
When I return from the printer room there's a large vase of tulips. My favorite flowers, who could have guessed that?
Leaning over I ask Gina who put them there and she lets me know it was the mail room guy and that he also dropped off a little box. Then she cracked some jokes about me having a secret admirer in the office. Laughing I walk on over to my desk and pick out the small box.
Opening it I realized it's a bracelet but not just any anklet one from Chanel. Rolling my eyes, I take the card and open it.
"I can't stop thinking of your beautiful smile."

I can't help the smile that kisses my lips as I march into Nathan office, locking the door behind me.
"Really glad to see that smile Ms. Parker. How are you doing today?" Nathan greets me from his desk.
This negro has no chill I swear, I know good and well he sat here and watched me through the window waiting until I marched in. Placing my hand on my hip I hold up the anklet.
"Thank you but this little baby is too much. I'm happy with the flowers expensive things don't woo me." I say walking around his desk standing beside him.
"Here." Placing it on his desk I start to step back, in a flash he grabs my wrist.
"I didn't buy this to woo you Leah I got it because it matches your shoes and I saw it when I was out on lunch. I know you hate me buying you stuff but I can't help it. You just look damn good in everything." With that said he spins his chair around and places me onto his desk.
"What are you do-" before I can finish getting my words out, he straps the anklet to my ankle then kisses it. Not stopping there, he kisses up my leg. Unconsciously I part my legs and he keeps going until my dress prevents further access.
Quickly I'm snapped out of it by the knocking at the door. My eyes go wide and I quickly slide down with Nathan's help, rush to fix myself before opening the door only to come face to face with a much older vision of Nathan.
"Hello, Mr. Strong? You must be my bosses' brother, I'm Leah Parker." No lie he was older but still just as sexy; you and I both know what that means.
"Anthony Strong, young lady nice to finally meet you." Laughing he smiles and enters. Shutting the door behind him so I'm trapped with the two of them.
Wait, finally meet me?
"Your mom was right she's perfect Nate." My eyes go wide as I hear his father whisper those words to Nathan as they hug.
"Is that why you stopped by? You and that lady need to get a life dad." Nate whines rolling his eyes.
"Son we need grand babies! We have nothing to do with ourselves but bother you." Anthony says smirking.
"Oh lord!" I gasp looking horrified.
"We aren't even dating dad." Nathan says rolling his eyes while pulling his hair.
"Why not?" Anthony asked looking at us back and forth before adding "my grand babies are going to be adorable." I couldn't help but laugh at that then ponder looking at Nathan, our kids would be cute as hell.
"Dad you and mom are gone scare her away before I can even take her out again." Nathan says letting the fact that we went out slip.
"Again!? Oh, my boy you move fast! I was coming to get you to take her out. My work here is done! Bye you two." With that his dad exits the office locking the door back.
"Wow, I can't believe the two of them! You'd think if they wanted more kids, I'd have siblings. Now they want grand kids? Can I just buy them a puppy?" Laughing at his rant I sit up onto the sofa and place my hand under my chin.
"Hypothetically speaking our babies would be cute." I say causing his eyes to snap up to mine.
"Hypothetically?" Nathan asks smirking.
Nodding I stand and say,
"Mhm now let's go we are late for our next meeting."
