Chapter 1 The Mystery Shack

                                    

                                          
Y/N POV:

                          
I look at the address my parents gave me and match it with what's in front of me. The mystery shack. My parents sent me to stay with their close  school friend Stan for the summer. I heard that there are two twins that are the same age as me (12) who live in the Mystery Shack. I walked through the door and see a man with a fez, a fancy suit, and an eyepatch. A weird combination of clothing, which I could respect. 
                          
 "Welcome to the Mystery Shack," He says in a welcoming voice. You immideitly like his character.
                          
"You must be y/n. Your parents told me you would be staying here for the summer, I'm Stan, but call me Mr. Mystery, the Greatest Tour Guide Ever! Or you can call me Grunkle Stan. Now, go upstairs and unpack your stuff. Dipper and Mabel will help you set up."
                          
I smiled "Thanks Grunkle Stan. I can't wait to meet everyone here." 
                          
I then went past the "employees only" door and walk up the stairs. I heard some noises upstairs and decide to follow it to a room.
                          
Dipper's POV:
                          
I was reading my journal and Mabel was making cat sounds when I heard a knock at the door.
                          
 "Come in" I called, assuming it was Grunkle Stan. Instead, a cute girl walks in with an armful of bags.
                          
 "Hi" she says, "I'm y/n and I'll be staying with you for the summer." 
                          
"Yayayayay!!!!! Woooop!" Mabel screams,scaring her off a bit.
                          
"A new friend, hi, I'm Mabel, and this is my nerdy twin brother Dipper." 
                          
"H-hi, y/n." I said with my voice cracking.
                          
 "What is that?" She asked pointing to the journal in my hand. I protectevly put my hand over, the book. I studied Y/N, with curiosity shining in her eyes. I had a mental conversation with myself, but eventually, I decided I could trust her.   
                          
"I-It's a journal about the supernatural I found in the woods." I replied 
                          
"Yeah" Mabel said "It's a crazy book about crazy beings, like ghosts and goblins and ghost goblins." 
                          
"Wow, those things actually exist?" Y/N said, but doesn't seem shocked. 
                          
"Yup," I replied, "we have defeated like, over half of the monsters in this book." I eggasegated a bit, but she'll never know.
                          
She smiled, impressed, and said something that shocked me
                          
"Would one of them be a yellow triangle with a black top hat and bow tie?" 
                          
I looked at her amazed "Yeah, how did you know that?"
                          
 "Because he was right behind you."
                          
??? POV:
                          
How did she see me? There is something about her that is different from other mortals. Well there is no point in hiding if see saw me... Time to reveal myself. Ha! Pine Tree is in shock! 
                          
Y/N POV:
                          
The whole world suddenly turned grayscale, then, the triangle appeared. 
                          
"Hi, my name is Bill Cipher, how did you see me?" He seemed to direct that last part to me. 
                          
 "Um...  I just did" I explained, as well as I could
                          
"Anyway, I am here to make a deal with you and -" He was suddenly cut off by Dipper
                          
 "Don't do it y/n, don't make a deal with him." He said, desperately   
                          
 "Can it Pine Tree, I'm trying to make a deal." Pine Tree? I analyzed the situation for a bit.
                          
"Okay, what is the deal?" I asked, curiosity overcoming me 
                          
"I go in human form and stay with you guys for a little... My castle has been...corupted. In return, you get me on your side." I was about to ask what as in it for him, until Mabel interrupted my thoughts.
                          
 "I wouldn't " Mabel said.
                          
Bill POV:
                          
"You stay out of this shooting star." I said 
                          
"I'll give you some time y/n, but Pine Tree and Shooting Star have to leave the room." I snapped my fingers and they were gone instantly. 
                          
"What  did you do to them?" Y/N asked, worried 
                          
"Don't worry about them, you just sit down and think about it." I try and read her mind, but I'm not getting through. I wonder why. What a peculiar mortal this Y/N is. At least if she takes the deal, I can study her a bit. 
                          
"Ok Bill,"  I am ready to make a deal, but you must promise to keep your end of the deal."
                          
 "Is that really necessary?" I asked annoyed 
                          
 " Yes, now PROMISE!" 
                          
"I, Bill Cipher, solemnly swear to keep my end of the deal. " Promises are like bones, they can be broken easily. 
                          
 "Fine," she said "Then I accept the deal." 
                          
We shook hands and the world turned back to color. The deal was sealed.
