The next day, I decided to text Xael and ask her what's going on.
Me: Hey, what's up?
Her: nothing much, just waiting for the math homework to make sense lol
Me: lol. Hey, speaking of "making sense", um I have a question
Her: Um ok. What's your question?
Me: uh...is there something that you're hiding from me?
Her: ...no. Why?
Me: Because I just feel like there's something you're not telling me. You've been acting weird lately, and I just want to know if everything is okay...
Her: Yes, everything fine! Stop asking me! God, you're so annoying sometimes! Just leave me alone.
Me: Wait Xael one more thing...
And she never replied back. I knew something was up now. She never freaks out like that!
