The note

                                    

                                          
I stood in the ring my hands up guarding my face, but not to high that it left my stomach open. Will stood on the outside of the ring watching anxiously as Parker and I circled each other. The grunts and groans we heard from surrounding men, who took punches at the many punching bags that lined the room. The smell of sweat and testosterone washed up my nostrils as I slowly breathed in and out through my nose. Parker finally decided to get it over with as she threw a forceful punch my way, but being me, I quickly dodged it. I smirked as I found an open spot and quickly sent a forceful punch towards the back of her knee. Parker fell to her knees as I used my elbow to hit her in the back which sent her falling to the ground. Parker grabbed my foot, pulling from under me. My head hit against the mat bouncing up and then landing once again. I quickly scrambled to my feet, but a loud voice made Parker and I both stop.
                          
“Parker what the hell are you doing?” The Irish accent flooded through the gym as I let my stance fall, turning to face Niall who looked like he had steam coming out of his ears. Bad move on my part. Parker sent a gruesome blow to my head making me fall to the ground.
                          
“Rule #1 never turn on your opponents.” Parker smirked as she hopped down from the ring and went over to where Niall was standing. I scowled as I pushed myself off the mat, swinging my legs between the ropes to get down from the ring. “I was just having a friendly fight, Niall.” I heard Parker say as Will came over to me.
                          
“You all right?” He asked with worry in his eyes.
                          
“Yeah.” I said as I rubbed my head. I shrugged as I began to take the white medical tape off of my knuckles.
                          
“Lux, are you okay?” Niall said as he rushed over to me.
                          
“Yeah, why wouldn't I be?” I chuckled as I threw the tape in the trash and grabbed my duffel bag from the bench.
                          
“She hit you pretty hard.” Niall said concern laced in his words.
                          
“Niall, it's me your talking about.” I laughed as I followed him out to his car. Will was jogging behind trying to catch up the best he could. “Are Louis and Eleanor really are parents?” I asked Niall as I leaned on the roof of the car, my body sticking half way between being in the car and out with the door to my back. Niall looked around nervously as he scratched the small of his neck, before replying.
                          
“Um I don't think it's my place to say.” Niall said and then quickly got in the car. I turned to Will and rolled my eyes.
                          
“Of course they are, are you stupid.” Will said as he climbed in the back. I sighed as I rolled my eyes again. I ducked my head and entered the car, shutting the door behind me. Niall started up the car and we drove off, back to the house.
                          

                          
Commotion was loud as we entered the house. People were yelling and swearing. Will looked at me quickly then over to Niall who was just as curious as the rest of us. When we entered the living room, there was Louis pinned up against the wall by Parker. I narrowed my eyes at the pair as she hissed in his ear, but I couldn't make out the words. I quickly maneuvered my way over to them as I tore Parker away from Louis, pushing her to the ground.
                          
“What are you doing?” I hissed as I pushed harder against her hands that were pinned to the floor. Parker looked up at me, then to Louis a smirk growing on her face as the seconds ticked by.
                          
“Just paying my brother a visit.” She responded. I looked into her eyes. They were a dark gray, almost cloudy like. I would say she's in a trance, but I really don't know her, that could just be her normal eye color. I looked up to Louis who was watching suspiciously. Parker used her knee, to knee me in the stomach, but having no effect on me, I stood up the collar of Parker's shirt in my hand as I lifted her from the ground. Her feet dangled in the air as I narrowed my eyes at her.
