Here they are again thinking of ways to take over. It's all the same saying that it's going to work. Batman won't stop me this time. I'm growing tired of listening to this. I never like to be known as a villain. It's not me at all. My parents on the other hand believe that I want to become a villain, but I don't. I want to live a normal life. It's hard to live one if your dad is the Joker. I wonder how I grew up talking about my whole life and not say anything about it. I moved out against my parents wishes already. What will make them hate me even more when I say I don't want to be villain and that I'm going to be a nurse for the young justice. As my dad will say Batys gave me the job. I'm actually a nurse for Gotham Hospital already and Batman found it weird that so far I'm the only nurse that hasn't died from the jokers hand. If only he knew why I haven't died yet. So he offered me a job to work for him and his group of teenagers as there nurse. This is why I'm outside a volcano in Happy Harbor waiting for him to show up. I'm totally not looking forward to when dad finds out that I'm working for him. Well speak of the Devil. " Stacie I thought you weren't going to take the job." The bat says. " Well I thought about it and I think I want to try out being a nurse for your group sidekicks." I said looking up at him. " There's not much about you on your records except for your biological mother who just happens to be Harley Quinn." Batman says walking with me. " Well I don't want to be like my mother. " Catching up with Bats. " Or do you mean parents. You don't want to be your parents." Bats says walking into the volcano. " Well you can say that. I'm nothing like my parents and I believe you know that since you afford me a job and reasons why I'm the only nurse so far to live from the Joker." I say. " Wait how are you the only nurse to live from the Joker." Nightwing ask. " I guess I'm really lucky. " Looking at Batman for help here. " She means something to him." Bats says before leaving. " What do you mean to the Joker?" Nightwing ask. " You'll find out soon I guess." I say looking away. " Team I like you to meet your new nurse. She also has training so she'll go on missions with you guys to help out if need of medical." Batman says before leaving the cave. I look at all of them and waited for someone to speak. " I'm Stacie" Being polite to them since I knew nothing about them. While at least my parents taught me how to be polite and not rude like some people are. I mean come on how hard is it to be polite to people. " How long have you been training to fight?" Nightwing ask. " Since I can walk my parents want me to go in the family work which I didn't want to go in to. Not place or my style. I never like what they do for living." I said coming out of my thoughts. "How old are you?" He asked again. " I'll be twenty in a week." I said. " Your mom is Harley Quinn?" Super boy ask I think. " What?" I ask just making sure I heard him right. " I heard Batman say to you that your mom is Harley Quinn and your dad is the" I stop him before he can say my father's name. I nod not trusting my voice. How could he hear us talk about my parents? "Why would batman give you a job if your mom is Harley Quinn?" Nightwing ask again. " A thousand questions by The Nightwing himself. I have been asking that question myself since he ask me to join your team." I said looking at everyone. " Hello Megan we haven't introduce ourselves yet. " I'm guessing Megan said. After getting introduce to everyone the girls took me somewhere. Let's see how that goes. I really don't like Nightwing at all he can be a little rude, but he had a nice body. Super boy is quite, but when he ask to speak with me by myself. I'm guessing it's about my family. Megan was very girly and way to happy. Kid Flash was a major flirt even with a girlfriend. His girlfriend Artemis that I have known my whole life knew why I cover Super Boy's mouth. She has been my best friend even tho my parents hate her guts while not the Artemis they know. Her super hero one. " While Stacie finally stood up to your parents or are you being a rebel?" Arty ask snapping me out of my thoughts. " Arty what do you really think I did." I say walking to Medical Bay to get know the place better. " I never knew you had it in you to go against your parents." Arty says laughing. " How long have you known her Artemis?" Nightwing ask her. " Her has a name and her can answer your questions about her." I sass him. He look very mad that I did that and gave me a glare. " What? Never had anyone stood up to you Night. I can see why you are very intimidating. " I said looking at him. He look at me one last time before he left. " Wow. Go against your parents and you end up sassing out on Nightwing. I like this side of you. Seriously you are like the only one to stand up to him. " Arty says laughing at the end. " I sass out the Batman and that was funny. My parents are a big no no. I would like to live thank you very much." I say going through the cabinets and drawers.
