My heart leapt with  joy and happiness. No blood, and neither of the horses were dead. I looked up from the breathing foal, and up at Jimmy. His lips were curved into a perfect smile as he looked down at the foal. Sawdust flew as he walked over to me. As he put his hand on my shoulder, I felt my body heat up, and my stomach was as if it was going to burst from the millions of butterflies.

"Well..Do you have a name for it love?" He said while placing a gentle kiss on my cheek.

I slowly shook my head, and looked him in the eyes. My finger motioned him to come closer. Slowly but surely, he came closer to my lips. The ends of his wavy, jet black hair lightly tickled the edge of my cheeks.

"Yes love?" He said in a seductive whisper in my ear.

Without words, our lips met each others. Gently, but yet so passionate. The sparks from both of us grew more intense , as so did our kisses. Jimmy pulled me down onto him, sawdust gathering in his hair, making me chuckle. We finally pulled away from each other. Breathless. Jimmy put his hands on my hips and squeezed them, making me jump.

"You know love, it takes skill to bring you down perfectly on my lap..."

I smiled and leaned forward to kiss him on his forehead. As I stood up, I had no other thing to do than laugh when  I saw him. His hair was covered in sawdust, and hay. So were his clothes.

"Jimmy, you're such a cutie." I said with a wink as  I walked out the stall.

"Where are you going babe?" He said still laying near the foal.

"To get Lily...babe." Our laughs echoed through the barn. I quickly slid open the barn doors, making the thundering rain hit my skin. As fast as possible my legs ran, occasionally slipping in the mud. As I came closer to the Tower House, a shiver went up my spine. It could've been from the rain, or something bad was going to happen.
