"You zone out at least 10 times a day." Landon said and raised an eyebrow at her. He then scratched his head when he realized Roquelle didn't hear him.

"Roquelle?" Landon asked. Roquelle snapped out of it and turned to him. "Huh?"

"So what is it about the necklace? You seemed really enticed by it."

"Well, it's just that, this necklace reminds me of the one my mother gave me before she passed away.. It's a special gift."

"Oh..I'm sorry.." Landon said.

"No it's fine." Roquelle gave a small smile.

"Did you ever find out who gave it to you, there was a lot of people."

Roquelle just nodded her head.

The necklace was very expensive like Roquelle told him, it also reminded her of her mother. Saying that much, it was obvious who gave it to her.

Most of the people who attended the party were guests, only a handful were close to Roquelle. No one would also buy such an expensive gift for a person if they didn't know them that well, plus this gift meant so much to her. It was obviously Justin who got it for her, and Landon didn't want to ask because he already knew Roquelle didn't want him to think anything was going on.

Watching Roquelle even more Landon began to think. Did the gift mean so much to Roquelle because of the emotional attachment? Or was it because Justin is the one who gave it to her?

But either way, Landon didn't want to dwell on those thoughts any longer.

He did have thoughts though that he was losing Roquelle, which he was terribly afraid of.

Nothing has really been the same since they've come back from vacation. Roquelle has been more quiet, and distant, which Landon didn't like.

Tiana's school

"So," Jonathan flipped his curly hair. "I like your dress. My big sister likes flowers too." He complimented Tiana's floral outfit.

"I like flowers." Tiana smiled as she colored on a coloring sheet.

She remembered how her and Lauren used to plant seeds in the front yard.

"Roses are red, violets are blue, I like you." Jonathan said with a really wide creepy smile.

"That rhymed." Tiana giggled.

Jonathan sighed. "I saidddddd, roses are red, violets are blue, I like youuuuu."

Tiana rolled her eyes. "I said that rhymed!" She huffed and got up to get new crayons.

Jonathan pouted and rested his head in his arms.

"Haha she hates you." Tiana's friend, Lana said as she stuck her tongue at Jonathan and ran up to get crayons as well.

"Alright loves, it's time to go outside, we will come back to finish coloring when we come back." Ms. Rose said and smiled as the kids yelled and started lining up to go to lunch.
