When you use strength, you're Pokemon doesn't come out of their pokeball. Does that mean you're the one pushing the super heavy boulders?
Scene:
Brendan was in Victory Road, and he came up against yet another giant boulder. He grabbed out his Raichu's pokeball and tossed it out, shouting, "Raichu, use strength!"
Raichu looked like he was pumping energy until he stepped back. Then, without an effort, Brendan pushed the boulder aside with zero effort. Then, he moved on.
