"Dude! The hair!" Nick said looking in the mirror and fixing his hair.
                          
"Just admit it was a date." Andrew laughed.
                          
"IT WASNT A DATE!" Nick said. 
                          
"Let's get a girls opinion." I said as I saw Melissa walking by. "HEY MEL!" I screamed. 
                          
"What's up?" Melissa asked popping her head in.
                          
"Was Nicks breakfast with that girl this morning a date?" I asked.
                          
"Definitely." Mel said.
                          
"AHA!" Andrew screamed.
                          
"IT WASNT A DATE!" Nick continued to protest.
                          
"There's so much love in the newsies cast. Ben and Jordyn, Sky and Zoe, and now Nick and Lainey." Jeff smiled. "And me and my wine...damn I need a boyfriend." 
                          
"I'm not dating Zoe!" Sky said.
                          
"And I'm not dating Lainey!" Nick said.
                          
"Denial." I laughed.
                          
"Oh Ben, I remember we had these same conversations with you when Jordyn first came." Melissa smiled.
                          
"Oh no we are focusing on Nick and Sky right now, leave me out of this." I said.
                          
"Listen it's complicated with me and Zoe. I mean I like her but I just don't think we could date." Sky said.
                          
"And that's how I feel with Lainey! The distance just doesn't work." Nick said.
                          
"Hey guys let me introduce you to somebody name Carly. She's dating this weird guy named Zachary." Jeff said.
                          
"Me and Jordyn made it work while she wasn't on tour!" I said.
                          
"Don't you people have anything to do other than stick your nose in my love life? Like GET READY FOR A SHOW?" Nick asked.
                          
"What kind of family would we be if we weren't nosy?" Melissa laughed.

                          
Jordyn POV:
                          
I headed to my seat, 5th row. There had been one open seat and they let me have it. I'm so excited to see my baby be Crutchie! I sat down and the girl next to me started to smile.
                          
"Oh my gosh you're Jordyn Lively." The girl said putting her hand over her mouth.
                          
"Hi! Nice to meet you! I'm guessing you're a Newsie fan!" I smiled.
                          
"I've seen the show 4 times! This is my 5th! Wait why aren't you backstage?" She asked.
                          
"I hurt my ankle and Ben is being Crutchie tonight so I bought a ticket and here I am!" I said.
                          
"You and Ben are so cute! I love you guys!" She smiled.
                          
"Aw thank you so much! What's your name?" I asked.
                          
"My name is Clara! And this is my brother Michael and his girlfriend Bailey." She said motioning to the people next to her. 
                          
"Hi nice to meet you!" I smiled. "Wait I recognize those names." 
                          
"We all have fan pages on Instagram !" Clara said. "I'm @rosenthalfam.fansie, Michael is @broadway.dude and Bailey is @fansie99 but I'm on her account all the time." 
                          
"Oh my gosh! Here let me pull out my phone and follow you guys!" I smiled. Clara started to smile really big. I went on Instagram and followed them. 
                          
"This is so cool!" Clara smiled.
                          
"Hey, you guys want a backstage tour after the show?" I asked.
                          
"WE WOULD LOVE ONE!" Clara freaked out.
                          
"Clara be cool!" Michael said slapping her arm.
                          
"I CANT! JORDYN FREAKING LIVELY IS GIVING US A BACKSTAGE TOUR." Clara said.
                          
"Clara, bae, you are making a fool of yourself." Bailey laughed.
                          
"You guys seem so sweet! How old are you guys?" I asked.
                          
"I'm 15 and those two are 17." Clara said.
                          
"I'm 17 too!" I said. "You guys seem just like me and Ben." 
                          
"Except you two are successful and we are losers. Especially Michael. Stephanie commented on his picture one time and he freaked out." Bailey laughed.
                          
"I watched from the roof." Clara added.
                          
"SHE CALLED ME SWEETNESS. HOW CAN I BE OK AFTER THAT?" Michael said.
                          
"Stephanie is such a sweetheart! I love her!" I said. 
                          
"Michael is going to marry Jeff." Clara said.
                          
"Oh really?" I laughed.
                          
"It's a joke we have, that Michael is going to go gay for Jeff." Bailey explained. The overture music started and I faced forward. And then Ben stood up with his crutch. Aw my baby. I sat mesmerized the whole show. No matter how many times I do this show, the magic is still there. I cringed when the delancey's beat him with the crutch and dragged him off. I wanted to jump up and save him. It was time forintermission and I started talking with the kids next to me again. They were quite a riot! 
                          
"Ben is doing amazing as Crutchie!" Bailey said.
                          
"I know, I'm so proud of him!" I smiled. "Although I do not think I'm ready to see Letter from the Refuge."  The lights went out and the second act started. Yeah yeah King of New York, look at you. And then came Letter from the Refuge. Aw my baby. All beaten up. His voice sounded amazing though! How lucky am I?
