Evelyn and I were sitting in her cell reading comics.
"Carl why are you guys at war with the governor?" Evelyn asked out of the blue.
"How do you know that?" I asked.
"I overheard Rick and Hershel talking about it while I was on watch" she said
"Oh" I said then explained everything.
(A/N that's a lot write and I don't really remember all of it😂)
"Wait how do you know who he is?" I asked.
"Sammy and I got kidnapped once but escaped he's an ass" She said flicking a rubber band at me.
"Did he hurt you like you just hurt me?" I said with a laugh.
"Shut up you baby and yes he did I was trying to protect Sammy and he cut my arm" She said pulling up my sleeve revealing a huge scar that started from her elbow to her shoulder.
"Shit" I said grabbing her arm.
"Ya but now I have a cool scar" she said trying to point out the bright side.
Sammy shuffled in the bed. He was taking a nap.
"What about Sammy" I asked.
"The governor made him watch me bleed" she said then flicking herself with the rubber band in her wrist.
I noticed she always did that when we talked about the past or our problems etc.
"Why do you do that?" I said pointing at the rubber band.
"So I don't get upset it helps beat those feelings ya know" she said.
I was about to reply when we heard a loud crash. It sounded like a bomb.
"What the hell" Evelyn said standing up.
"Grab Sammy" I said.
She gave me a quick nod then started shaking him.
"Sammy come one we gotta go" Evelyn said pulling his arm.
He jumped down and ran with us out.
"Sammy go with The rest of the kids" Dad said walking towards us.
"Be careful" Evelyn said hugging him.
Sammy ran off with the kids to hide from whatever was going on.
"Rick what the hell is going on" Evelyn said.
Dad just pointed outside the fence. There was a tank. The governor .
"Rick we will shoot just gather your people and leave" The governor yelled.
"Can we just talk" Dad said.
"Come out here" governor said to my dad.
My dad whispered for me to go with Daryl and Evelyn to go with Maggie. I hugged Evelyn tightly.
"If anything happens I'll find you I promise" I said.
"Okay" she said.

The two teens jogged different directions. Staying hidden. Rick did as told by the govner and walked outside the prison.
"I want you guys out my people need a place to live" Governor said.
"Why can't you just live here with us we can live in different cell blocks we don't have to see each other" Rick persuade.

"I can just shoot him right now get it all done" Carl whispered to Daryl.
"Or you can miss and make a bigger problem" Daryl said.
"I've got a good shot" Carl argued.
Daryl just ignored him.

The governor pulled out Hershel and Michonne. Governor was fed up with everybody. He took out Michonne's sword and held it to Hershel's head. Maggie and Beth began to cry while pointing here guns.
"Hey you you in the ponytails is this what you want is this what any of you want!?" Rick began to yell.
"What we want is what you got period Time for you to leave asshole" one of the soldiers said.
"Look I've fought him before and after we took in his old friends they, they became leaders. Now you put down you weapons and walk through this gates your one of us...we let go of all of it and nobody dies....we all can come back we all can change" Rick said finishing his speech.
There was a long pause. The Governor looked even more furious. He pulled back his arms and cut Hershel's neck. His head coming off. Everyone screaming. Especially the Greene girls. Hershel was dead. That's when the first shot was made by Rick.
The governor and his soldiers started walking in shooting everyone and and everything. The jail was crazy.

"Beth get all the kids on the bus I'll be there soon" Maggie told her younger sister.
"But what if you don't" Beth said.
"Then drive away get those kids to safety" Maggie said.
Beth heisted but left to find the kids.

"Aww look at you trying to be all tough" a male solider taunted.
"Prick" Evelyn said pointing her arrow at him.
"You won't shoot your just a scared--"
Evelyn shot him in the head before he could finish his insult.

Rick was on top punching the governor back and forth. Then the governor pinned Rick down punching him hard. Rick's face was bleeding. The governor pulled out a gun about to shoot when Rick found a knife in the grass then stabbed him in the head. He pushed the lifeless body then limped to the jail.
"Carl Carl" he shouted.
Carl popped out from behind a wall. He ran to his dad pulling him into a hug.
"Where's Judith?" He asked his son.
"I don't know" he said.
They walked around the corner seeing a bloody car seat. Judith's car seat. The two broke down in tears. All they knew was that Judith was gone.

-back a few minutes-
"Sissy sissy" Sammy called for his big sister.
"I'm coming Sams" She whisper yelled.
*boom* a gun went off.
Then another.
"Sammy! No no" Evelyn yelled lifting up her brothers lifeless body.
He was shot in the head. As was the killer.
"No please Sammy don't leave me no no please Sammy I need you Sammy" Evelyn yelled while crying. Sammy was gone. Her brother. Her world was gone.
"I love you buddy" She said kissing his cheek one last time.
She got up and walked to the murders lifeless body. She stabbed his multiple times. Even though she knew he was dead.
"You took Sammy you took him from me" she said while stabbing him.
-back to present time-
Evelyn walked alone in the woods. She had no idea if anyone made it out. No Rick. No Michonne. No Maggie. No Beth. No daryl. No Carl.
She was lost. Broken. Scared. She lost her brother and Her best friends.
