Chapter 6

                                    

                                          


                          
"Guys." GD said as he walked in to their dorm.
                          
"Oh hyung. Where'd you go?" Seungri asked looking over from the movie he was watching. Daesung was sleeping on the couch, Taeyang was cooking and T.O.P. was in his room. 
                          
"I went out for a walk." He said shortly. "But guys." He said as T.O.P. walked out of his room and Taeyang came from the kitchen. Seungri nudged Daesung who woke up immediately.
                          
"What are we doing? I'm sorry I fell asleep." Daesung said as he bolted up.
                          
Seungri covered a laugh with his hand. GD sighed. "Kathryn's brother is Andrei right?"
                          
"Yeah..." T.O.P. nodded slowly. "Why?"
                          
"What happened to him?" GD asked.
                          
"Why do you ask?" T.O.P. retorted.
                          
"Why don't you just answer my question?" GD answered back.
                          
"Why-" T.O.P. was cut short when Daesung stepped in.
                          
"He died yesterday in a car accident right after you broke up with her." Daesung said.
                          
"That's all you wanted to know right? I'm going back to my room now." T.O.P. spat as he left.
                          
GD stood there completely shocked. "How's Kathryn?"
                          
Daesung shrugged. "You saw her." Suddenly GD's phone rang. 
                          
"Hello? Yes I am. What? Ok. I'm coming." GD ended the phone call quickly and grabbed his coat and shoes. 
                          
"Hyung. Where are you going?" Taeyang asked, confused at GD's sudden hurry.
                          
"Hospital." GD said.
                          
"Why?" Seungri asked.
                          
"Kathryn." He answered shortly again.
                          
"Wait hyung. We're coming too." Taeyang said quickly as he went to call T.O.P.
                          
"I can't wait!" GD said getting frustrated.
                          
"Just go. We'll meet you there." Daesung said comfortingly. GD nodded and went off.
                          
~When the Rest of Big Bang Arrives At the Hospital~
                          
"What's wrong?" T.O.P. asked GD.
                          
"Over fatigue, and just too much heart break." GD said. "This is all my fault." He whispered. "I'm sorry, Kathryn." Suddenly the doctor came in.
                          
"How's she?" T.O.P. asked immediately. 
                          
"She'll be fine." The doctor said calmly.
                          
"And her baby?" T.O.P. demanded.
                          
"It'll live too. She just has to be careful and get more rest." The doctor suggested. GD's jaw dropped.
                          
He grabbed T.O.P. and pulled him out of the room, down the hall and into an empty room. "Explain!" GD demanded. "How come you knew she had a baby and I didn't!"
                          
"She was going to tell you. The night you broke up with her. But then stuff happened." T.O.P. said calmly.
                          
"So why didn't you tell me?" GD asked frustrated.
                          
"Not my place." T.O.P. shrugged.
                          
"Is it mine?" GD asked, his eyes brightening.
                          
"Of course. She wouldn't cheat on you." T.O.P. scoffed. Then he walked out, leaving GD to his own thoughts.
                          
"Oh my gosh. What have I done?" He muttered as he followed T.O.P, out.
                          
~5 hours later~
                          
"Where am I?" Kathryn said confused as she tried to get up. T.O.P. and Taeyang were sitting on either side of her bed but Taeyang was fast asleep. Seungri was sitting on the couch and Daesung was nowhere in sight, neither was GD. 
                          
"Woah there. Take it slow." T.O.P. said as he put a hand under her back. Seungri hurriedly walked over to rearrange the pillows on her bed.
                          
"Thanks. But why am I in the hospital?" Kathryn asked, still confused. 
                          
"You passed out at the park near the apartment, and somebody saw you and brought you here." T.O.P. explained. Kathryn nodded.
                          
"Who brought me here?"
                          
"Someone. I don't know who." Kathryn nodded again. There was silence.
                          
"Hyung." She said. "Where's Daesung hyung?"
                          
"With GD." T.O.P. answered. "Seungri can you go get Kathryn some water?" Seungri nodded and left.
                          
"Does he know I'm here?" Kathryn asked.
                          
"Yeah. He was the first one to be contacted since he was the first contact on your phone." T.O.P. said. She nodded again. Then suddenly she remembered something.
                          
"How's my baby?" She asked anxiously.
                          
"It'll be fine." T.O.P. reassured her. "But GD knows." He said.
                          
"How?" She frowned.
                          
"I accidentally asked the doctor while he was here because I was too worried. So I forgot." T.O.P. said. "But Kathryn. Don't you think he had the right to know? He's the father and he helped make it." 
                          
"I would've told him on my own time." She said bitterly. "And sometimes, I wish he didn't help with it." T.O.P. stared at her shocked.
                          
"Really? Do you really mean that Kathryn." T.O.P. asked astounded.
                          
"I don't know. I don't know anything anymore." She said as she fell back on her pillows. "Can you leave please? I want to be alone." She sighed.
                          
"Kathryn..." 
                          
"Please?" She said as she closed her eyes. T.O.P. sighed and left.
                          
"Why'd you kick him out?" Taeyang asked as he rubbed his eyes.
                          
"I didn't want to see him." She said simply. "And how much did you hear?"
                          
"Just the part where you asked him to leave." Taeyang said as he sat up. "Do you want me to leave too?" He asked getting up.
                          
"No it's fine." She said as she pulled him back. "Can I... Can you..." She bit her lip.
                          
"Can I what?" Taeyang asked her. "I'll do anything." He said with a smile.
                          
"Can I get a hug?" She blurted out as she covered her face in her hands. Suddenly a pair of warm arms surrounded her. She buried her face in Taeyang's shoulder and began to sob. She cried and cried. Taeyang just sat on the bed, murmuring things to her and running his hand over her hair. After about 10 minutes of non stop crying, she looked up with red eyes. "Thanks hyung." She smiled weakly at him.
                          
"Anytime." He smiled back. "How are you feeling?"
                          
"Like nothing..." She shrugged. 
                          
"Let me know if you need anything okay?" She nodded. 
                          
"I think I want to sleep now hyung." She said. Taeyang nodded and arranged the pillows on her bed. "Night." She said as she fell asleep.
