(Veronica's POV)

"Miss Veronica, it is time for you to wake up."

I slowly opened my eyes to Hannah standing over me. I jumped a little and sat up.

She took a few steps and bowed. "I did not mean to startle you my lady, Claude wanted me to wake you. He wishes to see you in the kitchen."

I rubbed my eyes and lifted my legs to the side of the bed. "It's alright, thank you for waking me Hannah."

She nodded and left the room. I stood up and made my way over to the washroom. I stood in front of the sink and combed out my tangled hair and brushed my teeth.

I am not going to lie, I am a little nervous for tonight. Claude is so handsome and intimidating.

I shook the thought from my head and made my way over to the wardrobe to fetch my usual unflattering maids uniform. I picked it off the hanger and striped out of my nightgown.

I sat down on the bed and started with my knee high socks. When I was finished with that, I slipped the dress over my head and attempted to tie the corset, with no luck might I add.

Of course this thing had a corset, usually Hannah is here to help me, but she left. What on earth do I do now.

As if on queue, there was a knock at the door. I pulled the dress up to cover my chest.

"Umm, c-come in."

The door slowly opened, revealing Claude. He walked in and shut the door behind him. He noticed I was half dressed, so he covered his eyes.

"The young master ordered me to wake you, but it would appear as if Hannah already has. Do you require help with your uniform?"

I slowly nodded, and then realized he couldn't see it. "Y-yes please. If you d-don't mind."

He pulled out a random blind fold from his breast pocket and neatly tied it around his eyes. He walked over to me and grabbed the strings.

I felt him lean into my neck and whisper. "I do not mind one bit, my dear."

His breath sent shivers up my spine. He slowly started to tie the corset and then with one big breathless yank, he was finally finished.

He took the blind fold off and stood in front of me. He slowly pushed some hair out of my face and tucked it behind my ear.

"I can tell that you are nervous. There is no need to be, I am not going to bite."

I slowly nodded and watched as he walked towards the door.

"Well, I won't bite hard anyways."

He reached for the doorknob and turned his head to me.

"And if you ever need assistance removing your clothing, please do not hesitate to ask." He slid me a wink and left the room, slowly closing the door behind him.
